This summer house with magnificent views, is located in Javea, in the most exclusive area of the Costa Blanca. Ideally located, just steps from the beach. It has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor (for 8), and another detached. Parking for two cars. Private pool. Large esplanade with play area, barbecue, internet, etc. Maximum capacity for 11 people
The house of Tosalet is in Javea, on the hill that rises to Nao, a cool place in summer and protected in winter. The house is typically Mediterranean. It is south facing and has a large esplanade in front of the door, where you can sunbathe all day long. It has a large garden of 1000 m2. Protected by a private security company.

Estancia problemática

Pasamos un grupo de amigos una semana en esta casa y desde el primer momento hemos tenido problemas con las utilidades de la casa así como de problemas de privacidad con el propietario. Tuvimos problemas con los aseos y el agua caliente, además, el propietario entraba en la casa sin avisar, sin respetar nuestra privacidad llegando a entrar, incluso cuando no estábamos en la casa, o en las habitaciones mientras estábamos durmiendo.
