Casa Madelaine es una casa de lujo de 300m2, ideal para reunir a familiares y amigos, relajarse alrededor de la gran piscina y disfrutar de lo mejor de la Costa Blanca y del estilo de vida español.

La villa está situada en Jàvea, entre Valencia (110 km) y Alicante (95 km). Es fácil llegar, ya sea por carretera o en avión a cualquiera de estas dos ciudades.

A pocos minutos del mar, ofrece unas fantásticas vistas panorámicas, totalmente despejadas, del parque natural y de la montaña del Montgó que domina la bahía de Jàvea.

En una bonita zona residencial, tranquila y sin ruidos de carretera, la villa está idealmente situada a 10 minutos de la playa del Arenal, a 6 minutos del casco antiguo de Jávea, a 4 minutos del Golf.

La casa tiene 6 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 cocinas totalmente equipadas, un luminoso y confortable salón comedor, una fabulosa zona de entretenimiento exterior con bar-cocina, amplia terraza superior para tomar el sol con fantásticas vistas a la montaña del Montgó, una piscina romana de 10mx5m y gran terraza solarium circundante, una sala de billar/juegos, una rápida red WiFi.

En la terraza solarium principal (200m²), la piscina climatizada de 10x5m, el jardín tropical con zonas de césped y árboles y plantas mediterráneas, la gran pérgola Bali y el bar-cocina exterior forman un espacio de vida al aire libre muy agradable.

Casa Madelaine acaba de ser completamente renovado y redecorado a los más altos estándares de diseño interior mediterráneo luminoso y moderno.

La entrada a la propiedad es a través de un portón eléctrico doble y se abre a 3 plazas de aparcamiento seguro - también se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle.

Los gastos de limpieza están incluidos en el precio del alquiler, así como la ropa de hogar - toallas, sábanas, paños de cocina.

En verano, la casa se mantiene fresca, pero los inquilinos pueden utilizar el aire acondicionado, instalado en todas las habitaciones.

Del 1 de abril al 30 de octubre, la piscina puede climatizarse previa petición (30 euros al día), lo que puede ser una ventaja. La piscina no tiene protección de seguridad para niños pequeños.

Casa Madelaine in Xabia is absolutely perfect for two families with young children and us grandparents. 11 people from 2 years and up. Heated pool is recommended and gives children and adults fantastic opportunities for development and play from early morning to late evening. Very good space. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic as well as a very well equipped kitchen on the main floor. Outdoor areas are great. And nice hiking opportunities for trimming nearby. All adults got both top hikes, walking / running and swimming.Nice activities at the beach for children and adults. We loved the place and the contact with the host and Stella.thank you for letting us rent this house for a week in September / October 2025.

Wow! What a stunning villa - you must stay here!

Two families staying for one week and we’ve honestly had the best time! We were worried before arrival that we might feel disappointed as the villa looks so amazing in the photos - but believe it or not, it exceeded our expectations. It really is a genuinely wonderful place - absolutely perfect in every way. So clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and immaculately maintained. I’m not proud of the fact that I’m hard to please, but I really can’t fault a single thing and have no suggestions to improve anything - testament to how fantastic it is. Thank you Daphne, Thierry, Stella and team - we feel very lucky to have enjoyed a week in your beautiful home.

Beautiful views, gorgeous villa and a wonderful holiday.

We had the most amazing 2 weeks at this villa. The views are just breathtaking and it is only a 12 - 15 minute drive to Javea beach front. Inside, the villa is decorated beautifully and contact with the owners and property manager was great. No issues and would absolutely love to come back again one day.

The villa massively exceeded out expectations, the views are stunning and inside and outside the villa they have thought of everything. 10 minutes to the beach and shops , great location and would highly recommend, there were 10 of us 6 adults and 4 children and we never got on top of each other , do much space .

Perfect

We had the most incredible family holiday in the villa. Everything was perfect! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had for a renal and we loved small touches like the toastie machine and smoothie maker. The beds were so comfy and although we barely used the lounge as spent most of our time outside - i can imagine in cooler weather there is still plenty of space for everyone. As well as spectacular views. The games room was very popular and nice and cool being on the lower floor. You do need a car but the taxi service is great if you want a night off from driving. Daphne was excellent at responding and the check in details and directions were very helpful! We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you

Well for once we had decided to skip the skiing holidays and go for the sun and it was the right decision, the kids had huge fun in the heated pool and all of us enjoyed the holidays and the house very much as it catered for everything we or anybody needs! Lovely Villa with everything you need!

Stayed for a week in this wonderful villa. The villa is packed with everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay. Due to the lovely weather we tended to use the outside kitchen for the majority of the stay (which has its own utensils, dishwasher and fridge freezer). Pool table and dart board a bonus(although the games machine was not working while we were there). Location is very quiet, around a 15 min drive to Javea. Slight issue with the hot water, which was resolved the following day by Stella (property manager). Overall a very pleasant stay, would recommend. Thanks

Fabulous time

Myself and five friends have had a super week at this beautiful property. The reality is even better than the photos. Set in a quiet residential area, with stunning views, just a short drive from amenities (a car is vital), the owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need and more. With plenty of outdoor seating, the Balinese pergola is a delight for both shade in the day and evening entertainment. Communication with the owners and friendly Stella on site was really good, and a small issue noted was immediately rectified. I would highly recommend this villa!

If you are lucky enough to stay at this outstanding villa , you will never want to stay anywhere else . It was perfect for us all . We spent the best week ever , celebrating my mothers 70th birthday . There was something for the whole family & we had a ball . Great house for 2-3 families

We were three families (6 adults + 9 children) staying in the villa for two weeks. It never felt crowded as the children spread out in the gaming room, living room and the pool-area. We especially enjoyed the outside kitchen, we only used this kitchen and had all our meals outside by the pool. At night we enjoyed the nice outside sofa-area. The villa is situated in a very nice and quiet area, only a 5-10 minutes drive to grocery stores and the beach. When we needed something the manager, Stella, sorted it out really quickly. So the communication with both the owners and the property manager was flawless. We all agreed that the stay was super and we can warmly recommend a stay in this villa.

Lovely villa a few issues

The villa is beautiful the location and view is stunning. The pool is big and the outdoor area is amazing. Just a few niggles the second bedroom in the top floor has the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. It has broken slats and the thinnest mattress I’ve ever seen. This led to 14 uncomfortable nights. Second thing was the oven in the kitchen was supposed to be fixed but he never turned up to fix it. So we had 1 small outdoor oven to cook for 12 people. In the downstairs bathroom the door handle wasn’t very good and the bottom portion of the sink randomly fell off in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. Communication with the owner was good and the villa is nice and airy. Some things need updating like the tiles on the stairs and the paint round the pool. No handwash or cleaning products supplied such as bin bags and antibacterial spray which we had to buy. Would definitely stay again if the bed in the second top room was changed. Beautiful place.

A beautiful villa with stunning views

We were 3 generations staying for the May half-term and we absolutely loved our time here! The villa is wonderful - tastefully decorated and spacious, it has a practical open-plan kitchen/dining/living space and a covered veranda on the first floor where we had breakfast every morning. The bedrooms worked perfectly for our family group (3 doubles and an enormous bunk bed room for the 4 grandchildren) and the master suite on the top floor is a dream! The star of the show is the pool area with the delightful naya giving shade on hot days, the outdoor kitchen and the fantastic seating area next to the pool for lunch and dinner. From nearly everywhere there are the most amazing views of wooded hills and of course Montgo Mountain as a backdrop. From sunrises to sunsets, we just loved this stunning panorama! Arenal beach is great for some seaside activities and a family-friendly night or two out, but it’s hard to tear yourself away from the villa! We did have a few issues during our stay but our hosts were quick to respond to our messages and workmen appeared very speedily to resolve most issues. We were also unfortunate to arrive to an unheated pool despite having paid the supplement for heating, but this was also resolved and our payment refunded. Amazing Villa July 2024

We stayed at this villa for 1 week in July/August 2024. We were a party of ten, 2 families of four and two grandparents. The villa is amazing. We have stayed in Villas for the last 15 years and this is by far and away the best place we have ever stayed. You can tell the villa has had a full makeover recently as everything was so fresh, clean and well done. I think they must have used an interior designer. The air conditioning worked great, and they even had it in the large upstairs kitchen/living room. There were only a couple of tiny niggles. 1. The drive is very steep with a high metal stud out of the floor. DO NOT get a low-profile car. This ripped off the heat shield on the underside of my focus. I parked it on the road after this with no problems. 2. The dartboard needs replacing, and they need a couple of new pool cues but we got by with what was there. Whenever I communicated with Stella by WhatsApp she responded very quickly and was on site within an hour. 3. The swimming pool was great although it gets deep very quickly so just be aware if you have very small children as they may not even be able to stand up in the shallow end. These were tiny niggles for us, and they didn’t really impact our holiday. Honestly the villa is stunning, with outside space galore and good quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. They even had mosquito meshes on all the windows…and they worked !! That’s a first for us in Spain. We would definitely consider returning, fabulous holiday.

NO VOLVEREMOS. BAD EXPERIENCE

Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. Estancias más pequeñas de lo que se ve en las imágenes y todo más viejo y deteriorado. Las barbacoas no funcionan, las máquinas del gimnasio no va ninguna. Limpieza pobre, baños muy sucios. Iluminación exterior insuficiente para cenar fuera por las noches. La piscina no venían a limpiarla a diario y algún día estaba sucia. La ubicación era buena pero lamentablemente no volveremos a repetir. The cleaning of the house was very poor in general. Games room, Play Station didn’t work. Gym, none of the machines worked. The lighting outside (over the table) was inadequate, we had to bring a lamp of the rooms to get more light at nights. The barbecues did not work either. One of the freezer drawers in the upstairs fridge was broken and couldn't be opened. The TV in the living room did not work with Spanish channels, only English. The location was good but I'm afraid that we won't return.

Fantastisk hus

Storfamilien har hatt en nydelig ferie. Vi var 12 totalt, 6 voksne, 4 tenåringer og to yngre barn. Huset var stort og vakkert. Nydelig utsikt, flott utekjøkken. Vi savnet ingen ting. Bassenget ble mye brukt. Vær oppmerksom på at rensemidler i bassenget farger lyst tøy gult. Vi har ellers ingenting å klage på. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Family holiday

There was 11 of us that fitted comfortably in the villa. The out door space was great, loved the outdoor kitchen.
