Mansion in a wooded and flowered park of 7000 m2, closed. Air conditioning, living room, dining room, kitchen, and especially 5 bedrooms with new bedding. The layout allows 2 family suites and a bedroom, that is 10 people.
Dax (TGV station 4 km) is 25 minutes from the Atlantic coast, from Messanges to Biarritz (airport 50 km).
The property has outdoor recreation: pergola, plancha, badminton court, volleyball, basketball practice, table tennis ... Indoors: TV, wi-fi, table football, books . A quality welcome, a French breakfast.

Très bon accueil, la suite était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes, petit déjeuner avec pain frais et confitures maison, au calme, à 12 mn en voiture de Dax à 8 mn de Saint-Paul-les-Dax, accès très facile.Idéal pour un séjour calme et reposant et pour visiter la région.Si nous revenons dans la région, nous y retournerons.

Étape tellement parfaite

Un vrai havre de paix d’arriver ici après 1000km de route. Magnifique jardin pour s’y poser et la piscine a été fortement appréciée par les enfants. Tout était très propre, chambres spacieuses et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Nous avons vraiment aimé cette étape chez André et son épouse.
