Perfect Location, wonderful stay

We enjoyed our vacation at the property. Everything was as expected and the location, amenities, and cleanliness was top notch. There is some room for improvement with the quality of the mattresses as we found them uncomfortable. A later checkout time would be beneficial to request if/when possible.

Villa in St Maxime

Great location with super views and and easy walk down into St Maxime. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. Need more pillows on the beds. Uncomfortable sofa and not enough seating in the living room area. One bedroom is accessed from outside and this room smells quite damp despite adequate airing whilst we were there.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schön und modern eingerichtet, super Aussicht, tolle Terrasse und pool - jederzeit gerne wieder. Trotzdem hier ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge/ Hinweise:- Leider gab es nur 1 Schlüssel zum Eingangstor - etwas mühsam, wenn mehrere Parteien.- Keine Klimaanlage im Wohn- Ess- Kochbereich. - Grill nur elektrisch - dafür super Tischgrill.- Drittes Zimmer separat im UG (etwas stickige Luft)

Ausblick der Superlative.Traumhafte Wohngegend.Kurzer Weg den Berg hinunter in die Stadt.Sehr sehr nette Vermieterin. Bequeme Betten, toller Einrichtungsstil, gute Ausstattung. Wir lieben den Ort Sainte-Maxime und auch den Strand La Nartelle.Es fehlte an Nichts.

Tolles Haus in schöner Gegend

Das Haus macht einen sehr guten und modernen Eindruck, vielleicht etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist gut, wenn auch nicht so nah am Zentrum wie beschrieben. Die Poolanlage ist in Ordnung, jedoch kann er etwas aufgepept werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und ohne Probleme hat die Übergabe stattgefunden. Der Preis ist vielleicht etwas hoch, aber wir würden grundsätzlich wiederkommen.

Belle maison de vacances

Début mai 2023, nous avons eu l'occasion de vivre une semaine fantastique dans cette maison exceptionnellement belle à Ste Maxime. De l'arrivée au départ, le propriétaire était à notre disposition pour des questions et de l'aide. La maison est spacieuse, entièrement équipée et surtout depuis la terrasse une vue magnifique sur la baie de Grimaud/St.Tropez. Nous n'en avons pas encore eu besoin, mais toutes les chambres sont équipées de l'air conditionné, il sera donc agréable d'y séjourner même en été. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Begin mei 2023 een fantastische week mogen beleven in dit buitengewoon mooie huis in Ste Maxime. Vanaf aankomst tot vertrek stond de eigenaresse tot onze beschikking voor vragen en hulp. De woning is ruim opgezet, van alle gemakken voorzien en bovenal vanaf het terras een magnifiek uitzicht op de baai van Grimaud/St.Tropez. We hadden het nu nog niet nodig, maar alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco waardoor het ook zomers heerlijk vertoeven zal zijn. We komen graag nog eens terug. In early May 2023 we were able to experience a fantastic week in this exceptionally beautiful house in Ste Maxime. From arrival to departure the owner was at our disposal for questions and help. The house is spacious, fully equipped and above all from the terrace a magnificent view of the bay of Grimaud/St.Tropez. We did not need it yet, but all rooms are air conditioned so it will be great in summer. We would love to come back again.

Une maison avec une vue magnifique. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire!! Belles espaces avec une piscine privé et très propre. Désolé que seulement deux chambres avaient de l’airconditioning et pas les autres espaces dans la maison. L’internet n’était pas de bon qualité (très lent et parfois indisponible)
