Upscale Fully Renovated Biltmore Penthouse

Vacation where greatness once lived! This residence was last owned by a Diamondbacks World Series Champion pitcher! During the renovation, we thought of everything and every possible detail has been added with your comfort in mind!

The condo is located in a secure and private 24 unit building with underground parking and security. The large elevator in the garage will lift you up to the 4th floor. Enter into a now fully open floorpan with soaring 13 foot high ceilings. There's a large kitchen boasting a massive island with wine fridge and floor to ceiling custom cabinetry. Melt away on the over-sized, down-filled, sectional while you watch your favorite Netflix show on the 65 inch television that is mounted directly above the gas fireplace for those cool desert nights. Enjoy city and mountain views from inside the condo as well as from the private balcony. There is a large master suite with king size bed and another 65 inch TV. Behind the sliding barn door sits a double vanity, an enormous master closet with tons of storage, custom cabinetry with drawers, and a full length mirror. The private restroom has a spacious walk-in shower with multiple niches, a large bench, and 3 different rain shower heads, one of which is detachable. The guest bedroom features a king size bed, a 55 inch TV and a large walk-in closet. The guest bath is right next door and it also features a shower, bathtub and multiple niches, with more rain shower heads. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer located inside the condo. This condo is walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, world-renowned Biltmore Fashion Square, as well as many other high end shopping and dining establishments. A short drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor, ASU, Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Spring Training games, The Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Spring and Fall Break events, this condo is located close to everything! Danielle's place was stunning. It was immaculately clean and there was plenty of space for our family. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and we loved the location/proximity to everything. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We will definitely rebook when we are back in Phoenix.

The location, phenomenal & convenience of the elevator and staircase right there, parking garage and pool all very close. For groceries, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Frys, just a mile away. What a nice place to stay. Clean, fairly close to things, and we would stay again. One of the shower heads didn’t work correctly in master shower. There is one key to get into everything so that can get tricky if you all don’t want to go together. Overall this was a great place to stay with all the essential things a person would need!

Great location and modern apartment

La Brezza is the fresh breeze we needed to unwind. The apartment is fitted with modern appliances and all the utensils for comfortable living. Danielle is an excellent host by keeping a quick and easy communication channel open. Parking for two cars is a plus. Close to Scottsdale, this apartment is a gem to visit any time of the year

From check-in to check-out, the owners were on top of everything. The condo is located in a very nice part of Phoenix and close to everything you will need. It is a penthouse unit, so you have quiet, safety and privacy. There is gated parking on the first level of the building and you have a designated place to park. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Beds are great and the showers are phenomenal. Great kitchen. The owners are very quick to respond via text. We loved this VRBO and would definitely stay again when we are in Phoenix.

We had a great first trip to Phoenix! We arrived Christmas day and arrived at the condo and found the condo not too far from the airport.Location Location Location - This condo is convenient to everything! It was close to the Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Golf, and downtown Phoenix. There are tons of restaurants nearby.The condo is as nice as the pictures! The artwork was excellent. I thought to myself they should put prices on these for guests to purchase during their stay!Bedrooms were large and the kitchen and living area were even larger!The host did an excellent job from the beginning and would recommend this place to anyone!We would stay here again!

What a beautiful place! We really enjoyed our stay here and the location is great. Close to tons of shops and restaurants. Danielle was a gracious host and always quick to respond with any questions I had. Had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon check in which was super nice! Everything about this place is extremely comfortable from the beds to the sofa. Beautifully updated bathrooms with very large closets. The gated parking was an added bonus as well. Would definitely stay here again!
