Spacious floor plan that features two bedrooms and two full baths. Unit just remodeled in 2021 and ready for your enjoyment! Complex has a heated pool/spa and full workout facility. A+ Phoenix Biltmore Location just minutes from some of the Valley's top Shopping and Dining. All you need is here to enjoy what Arizona has to offer!

The space
Remodeled in 2021 and ready to be enjoyed for the every season. This condo has all the comforts and a great deal of effort has been put in to make sure all that you need is here. Very large condo at over 1300 sq ft makes for plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking in. Bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of space for you to spread out. Split floorplan for privacy as each side of condo has it's own bathroom. Master Bedroom has large flat screen TV and dedicated work space. Spacious living area with access to the covered patio. Washer dryer in unit. Covered parking garage and located in a lush gated community. A true executive level condo.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire unit with no disturbances.

Other things to note
No parties are allowed in this unit. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and community. No tolerance policy for breaking house rules.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.

Absolutely no smoking in condo or on patio. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.

No pets.

Minimum age of 25 years old to rent condo.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home

Condo is for guest use only unless approved by management. Maximum number of 4 adult guests for each booking.

Relaxing time in the Sun

Beautiful place in a great location to hiking, shopping and time with friends. The condo was perfect to bring along a father in law, with his own side of the condo for privacy, with a nice kitchen and living room. Really enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Will be back!

Biltmore condo

Property was as pictured. The property was really lovely and had plenty of room. Easy walk to stores and get in and out of. Few problems getting in. Code given opened the wrong gate so had to drive around whole property to find right garage. Wish instructions had told us the fob for the pool also opened all the gates on property and the remote on fob key opens the car gates to get on the property. Also I think they should leave instructions at the condo for renters about this and where to take the trash out.

Beautiful property and excellent location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and comfortable. The property/complex is beautiful, well maintained, and safe. And the location is excellent. Having said that, it wasn’t a perfect experience. As some others have said, we too had a difficult time gaining access to the unit via the keypad that controls the deadbolt. The code we were provided prior to arriving didn't work. After standing outside of the unit for longer than anyone should have to and trying multiple codes provided by someone from the property management company who took a while to get in touch with, we were finally given the “master code,” which worked. This system (or the Yale brand hardware itself) needs to be improved or replaced to prevent issues like this from continuing to happen. Because of the location of the unit within the property/building, it really lacks natural light. That is what it is. However, the unit has very few lights (outside of the kitchen and dining areas), which creates a dark, cave-like feeling. Adding some additional lights or lamps would really help brighten up the space. And finally, don’t plan on sleeping in during the week. One of the garbage locations for the complex is right outside the bedroom windows and garbage trucks come by multiple times throughout the week at 6am and make a ton of noise. There’s no sleeping through it. Having said all of that, we would definitely stay here again, if for no other reason than the convenient location.

Nice Property - Great Location

Condo was as described. Location was great, grocery around the corner, any restaurant you can imagine on camelback and writhing 5 minutes. Easy to get to Tempe and Scottsdale. The property is quiet, safe and the pool was great. There was a slight miscommunication at check-in getting the code to the gate and condo, but was resolved quickly (and I needed a few hours before arriving because I had baby items being delivered. My only feedback would be that the condo could have been more well appointed. There was only one washcloth, one dish towel and one of the plugs to the bath tub didn’t work. We were traveling with an infant so we had to cook, handwash dishes, fill the bathtub, etc. and it was difficult to manage without these items - we had to do laundry daily for a clean dish towel and wash cloth. Kitchen had basic items but no colander/strainer, only one cutting board and bad knives. Only a big deal if you need to cook.

Clean and Great Location

The property manager was communicative and property was clean. Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen table chairs were not so comfortable.

Can’t go wrong.

Just as pictured, amazing location. Very quiet and peaceful. I had an issue with the dryer (user error) and management called me within 5 minutes of my message and sent someone to help. Comfortable beds and pillows. Swimming pool is right outside of the unit. Parking is very convenient in a parking garage right underneath unit. Everything you could need is nearby.
