This property is simply about as good as it gets for a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a full loft. In comparison, this surprisingly affordable 1300 square foot carriage house provides everything that you would expect in a 1st class Aspen valley rental. All you need are your bags, mountain bikes and/or skis, fishing gear etc. ALL UTILITIES,CABLE, AND HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ARE INCLUDED. Located 2 1/2 miles down valley from El Jebel/City Market and Whole Foods off of Hwy 82. This property offers its own separate driveway and wooded privacy. Yet, only 5 minutes from Basalt, 15 minutes from Glenwood Springs and 25 minutes from Aspen.

Built July 2007, this rustic, cozy property offers all the comforts of home and more. Radiant heated floors, 1 car heated garage with an additional attached covered 1 car carport, including an EV charger. This tastefully designed home is fully furnished. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an assortment of cooking utensils. The main living area provides a home theater including a 5.1 surround sound system along with a 65' HD LCD TV supported by a Blu-ray DVD player. Off of the main living area is a built-in hot tub deck including a infrared gas BBQ grill. The 2 bedrooms on the lower garden level provide large walk-in closets, flat screen LCD's in each bedroom and have their own full bath. For your laundry needs there is a set of large capacity front loader Silver Care Samsung washer and dryer.

The neighborhood community is ideal for families yet equally as inviting for individuals or couples. The community Club House offers a brand new pool for 2022 including a lap lane (open May 31-Sept.30) and exercise room.

We had a great stay here for our group’s annual ski trip! The location is perfect - super close to Whole Foods and a shopping area with shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive to all the area’s ski resorts. Having an EV charger at the house was really convenient, and the hot tub was perfect after long days on the slopes. The neighborhood is beautiful with a private walking trail. Dan was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Also, shoutout to Otto, the very friendly dog-host who came by to check on us during the trip - definitely a 5-star co-host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great winter getaway!

Perfect location for our ski trip! We spent 2 great days at Sunlight and went into Glenwood for the hot springs and dinner. Perfect location for both! We would absolutely stay there again!

Fantastic location and a wonderful host. Clubhouse with the pool was fantastic for the little ones. Hot tub on the deck was great for relaxing and watching the sunset.

Great little place for a getaway

Convenient to nearly all activities in the Roaring Fork Valley and a great value. The Carriage House is a well appointed little place for a small family or group looking for some time away. 30ish minutes without traffic to Aspen/Snowmass, about the same to Glenwood Springs; easy access to the Fryingpan Valley. Quiet neighborhood, Wonderful, communicative and responsive hosts on site. Will definitely keep the Carriage House on our short list!

We had the most wonderful experience. The Carriage House is awesome. Its location is amazing, close to town but off the beaten path for that mountain feel. The owner was amazing to work with and we fell in love with the groundskeeper, the cutest German Shepherd, Otto. We skied two Aspen mountains and it was a great location to both. The house has everything you could want for an enjoyable and convenient stay. Don’t hesitate a bit on this place, you’ll have a wonderful time. Thanks to Dan, his family and Otto!!!

Stayed with two teenage sons for four days of skiing in Aspen area. Place was perfect with everything you would need. 20-30 minute drive to mountains. (A couple of days at Ajax, one at Highlands, and one at Snowmass.) Great open floorplan, organized kitchen, hot tub and deck, heated garage, clean and comfortable bedrooms and baths. Would definitely return - in winter or summer. Strong recommendation.

Good times at the Carriage House

We had an absolute blast. The property had plenty of privacy. It was about 15 minutes from Snowmass Village. Check in/out was easy. The hot tub is great after a hard day of skiing. If you're nice you might meet Otto the German Shepard. He was super friendly and visited us each day. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for us. Also, Carbondale is close and is a great little town. We will definitely return for more winter and summer adventures. Thanks.

Great location and wonderful host

My wife and our 2 dogs enjoyed our stay at the Guggenheim carriage house. The hosts were extremely communicative and most accommodating. Nice location on the outskirts of Basalt. Enjoyed the daily visits from Otto - the resident dog living in the main house right next door. The area in which the home is located is quite central and well situated for exploring everything that the Roaring Fork valley and beyond has to offer.. What I didn’t come across in any of the other reviews were the facts that the location of the home in it’s neighborhood itself is very good, with nice walking paths and streets to walk on, as well as good facilities such as a swimming pool that one is able to take advantage of as well should so be inclined. Appreciated the ability to take our pets and nice home we were able to take advantage of.

Has potential to be perfect

This is a good rental, has potential to be really great. Clean, private, functional hot tub, location feels remote but it is actually quite close to amenities. Nice walking path in the neighborhood for the dog. However.. Oven didn't work, and stove pilot light didn't work. We had to make due with toaster oven. Towels are old- stained and scratchy, should be replaced. No soap in the showers. Also, beware that though the posting says sleeps 6, this is innacurate. The host enforced only 4 guests.

Best kept secret in the valley

We had an amazing time staying at the Carriage House. It's secluded but still in a really beautiful area. We arrived to a very clean 2 bdrm with loft cabin in the woods. We all enjoyed the hot tub on the deck with a great mountain view. Owner very easy to communicate with. I miss it already. We will be going back to this wonderful little place next summer, when we attend the JazzAspenSnowmass Labor Day festival. Thanks again Dan for everything

Comfortable home, clean and well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately a miscommunication the evening of our arrival was poorly handled by the host, which tainted our stay at the property. Lots of rules, some in writing others not. But the surroundings offered lots of beautiful hikes, picnics and fishing.

Wonderful time in the Roaring Fork Valley

This Cerise Ranch property is perfect for a small family. The area is beautiful for walks and it was great for our small dog, who joined us. The area also is well located in the Valley with easy access to Carbondale, Basalt and Aspen. Dan, the owner, was totally responsive and helpful. We stayed two weeks and had a great time.

Great place to enjoy the Roaring Fork Valley

The Carriage House was a unique and very comfortable place for our multi-generation family get-together of grandparents, one parent, two young kids and two dogs. Cerise Ranch is beautiful. Everything we needed was in the house and easy enough to figure out. We were particularly impressed with the newly installed charging station for electric vehicles.

Perfect location in the Valley

Best place we have stayed with dogs! We loved the location - perfect for skiing Snowmass and also relaxing after a hike. Dan is an amazing host - so much great communication and he was spot on for recommendations in basalt. We will be back again.
