Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed walking to restaurants, Rio Grande Trail, and Mountain Fair! Absolutely loved sitting on balcony/porch in the evenings! Great view of Sopris. Easy drive to Aspen and other towns. Second time we’ve stayed here!

This was our 2nd stay at this amazing property! We absolutely love everything about it - the location, the fabulous views, all the large rooms, two full bathrooms, huge fully stocked kitchen and the convenience to Basalt and Glenwood Springs. The host is quick to respond to questions and always gracious and kind. We will continue to book this property for our return trips to Carbondale and the surrounding area. Book now - you'll love it!

Wonderful place near Carbondale Main St

This is an exceptionally comfortable and well appointed apartment, just off Main St in Carbondale and literally next door to True Nature yoga and wellness center. Beautiful views of Mt Sopris and Red Hill with large outdoor patio, and convenient to Main St restaurants and the bike path. Highly recommended for two or three visitors to the area.

Great Apt

The apt was clean and spacious, and above all, was in a great location...very short walk to Main St where all the restaurants and bars are located. We were in town for a wedding and found this apt to be very well maintained and in an ideal location.

Book now - you won't regret it!

We were utterly pleased with this wonderful apartment! Everything regarding our stay was amazing! The location was perfect for us and the views from the living room & patio are breathtaking. The apartment is extremely clean, big, and roomy with lots of light, especially in the living room/kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) with one parking space in attached garage. Bed was most comfortable, primary bathroom size was huge and having a 2nd full bathroom was a great bonus! Kitchen was well stocked and big closet in the master bedroom. Communication with owner was easy – we needed to extend our stay one additional night, and Annie was notably prompt in responding to us. I highly recommend this apartment, and we can't wait to return to Carbondale and are crossing our fingers that this apartment will be available the next time we visit!! To future renters - you won't regret booking this apartment!

Great condo with tons of living space. Nice Kitchen, spacious bathrooms and walking distance to everything in Carbondale. Fantastic views in two directions from porch of a snowcapped mountain on one side and a red rock mountain on the other.

Carbondale VRBO

The Carbondale VRBO exceeded our expectations. The unit was spacious and well maintained. It had double sinks in the master. It had bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. It had a large TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. It had a knockout view of Mount Sopris. It was walking distance to Main Street Carbondale. The only negative was not receiving the network name and password for the WIFI in the initial email. We ended up using an Xfinity hotspot.

superb in every way!

This is a wonderful property. I feel quite comfortable and welcome in this home. It is cared for, and, loved, obviously, by the owner. The size for my husband and myself is perfect, being spacious for a get away! Thank you for equipping the kitchen and including everything we could ever need in basic items for our stay.

Great location, great place

If you are looking for a place where you can walk to all of the wonderful businesses (restaurants, yoga studio, galleries, music) in Carbondale, this is the place. Plus you are right next to the Rio Grande walking/bike/art trail. The penthouse is very nicely decorated, lots of natural light, spacious living area.

This property now tops our list of favorite places to stay in the Roaring Fork Valley. You can walk out the door to Carbondale’s Main Street and are conveniently located to everywhere else you might want to go during your stay. Lovely home and nice views!

Wonderful Location & Well-Stocked

We had a wonderful week at Annie’s place in Carbondale. The unit is lovely - 3rd floor with covered balcony and view of Sopris and mountains….perfect to start the day with morning coffee and wind down with cocktails. Kitchen was very, very well-stocked with any utensils one might need. The 2 BR / 2BA unit was roomy enough for 4 people….open living space concept with nice sized living room (large couch and two big chairs); large (for 8-10) dining table, and great bar set up in the kitchen. The covered balcony with comfortable seating adds an extra room. Both bathrooms had walk in showers. Plenty of closet space. Designated parking spot near the elevator was convenient. Also, the bike path runs right along side of the building, so great for a morning run or ride. Location was excellent. One block off of Main Street, making it an easy walk to restaurants and the square for events. Owners were lovely; easy to reach and responded immediately with any questions. …..BTW - great artwork in the unit, some by Annie (and others??). Loved it!

A perfect home in Carbondale

Such a wonderful, relaxing stay in the middle of Carbondale. As other reviews mention, it really feels like a home and has one of the best-outfitted kitchens we've stayed at. It's two-minute walk to all of the great options in Carbondale and a short drive to amazing hiking / outdoor activities. Having a nice shaded parking spot in the summer was a nice plus as well. We would love to return.

bright, clean, lovely home

Our stay was simply lovely. It was a perfect spot to rest after spending as much time as we could with our new grandson and his parents. Our only issue, was we were a bit confused at the directions to get into the condo, as, there was no mention of using the middle lock, just the handle on the bottom. It was a very minor inconvenience and we strongly encourage people to take advantage of this gorgeous and rather artfully decorated home while visiting Carbondale and its environs. We hope to be able to use it, again. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the heated toilet seat and all of its frills, comfy bed, and everything about it. Thank you so much for working with us as we battled our flooded basement in Golden. What a pleasure staying in this welcoming spot.

Bright and sunny homebase for adventures in Carbondale

We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed in terms of relaxing and cooking. Perfect location. Extremely comfortable, sunny and pleasant space for our homebase for daily fun outings to nearby hiking excursions and strolls through town.

Great location, Great view

Spacious condo, end unit so very private. A block or two from Main St. so quiet but an easy walk to everything. Washer/ dryer worked great. Two nice bathrooms. Big balcony with a big view of Mt. Sopris. We will stay here again when we are in Carbondale.

I have been spending time between the ocean and the mountains for years. I have never felt so relaxed as when I spend my time here in my home in Colorado. There is something about the cool, clean mountain air, the starry nights and the charm of the town of Carbondale that keeps me coming back.

This property is a gem! it is situated at the top corner of the building with an enormous deck looking out to Mount Sopris, one of the most gorgeous peaks and coveted views in the valley.
The rooms are spacious and flowing;
it is like a city loft with the best of the outdoor and indoor amenities;
you cannot help but enjoy it;
I do.
