Apartment for rental in Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. Available for nights, week, fortnight and weekend breaks. Private and secure. Suitable for all the family and all ages. Ideal for golfing breaks. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with storage facility, large open-plan sitting/dining room which leads out to a balcony area. The balcony overlooks the unlimited use of our swimming pool and Jack Nicolas championship golf course. The apartment is self contained with a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Full air-conditioning in all rooms. T.V with digital and DVD. The resort is an ideal family location, with immediate swimming pool, restaurants and cocktail bars, mini supermarket, golf shop, swing parks, outdoor gym/fit areas, tennis courts, bowls, football pitches and driving range. Within 2 miles of the traditional old Spanish town of Sucina.

Magnificent apartment to be with the family and enjoy the holidays.

A highly recommended accommodation in a fantastic resort with all the services. Frank has been very kind to us, and the communication has been perfect. Don't think twice and come here to spend a few days, you won't regret it!

Relaxing stay and great host

I have been to the resort previously and first time stayed at Franks apartment. As a host Frank ensures you have a pleasant stay and goes above and beyond to support. I had some issues with dates when booking and he helped with this and also issues around receiving emails. When staying at the apartment everything you would need to enjoy your holiday was available. My sons who stayed with me enjoyed the tennis and the pool was always quiet during our stay. Good instructions and information around local areas of interest and would recommend. If your looking for a lively resort this isn’t the place but if your looking for a relaxing stay and accommodating host then it’s ideal.

A fantastic place to stay

When I booked, I saw the feedback was extremely positive. This made me feel confident in the booking. I was not let down. Everything you need is there, even a hairdryer and hair straighteners. The settee within the front room is a double sofa bed and was very comfortable. There are items on the balcony for use. We borrowed the umbrella and took it to the beach. It was like a home from home. My youngest even enjoyed watching Netflix on occasion. The site itself has a vast number of swimming pools, which we ventured to. It has playgrounds and an onsite restaurant, bar and Spar supermarket. To find the property, it is some way down over a roundabout, then just past an underground car park by the bins. It is set back from the parking spaces. The kitchen has every facility needed, including a washing machine in a room off the kitchen. The apartment's view of the swimming pool and golf course made for a beautiful view. As we arrived late, the key was easy to obtain. Frank was straightforward to communicate with, which was very reassuring. When we entered the apartment, there was a welcome pack for us, which I will not go into as it would spoil the surprise. Suffice it to say; some items lasted the whole week. This apartment and Frank are highly recommended.

Ha sido increíble, es el sexto año que estoy en la hacienda, primer año en este apartamento y no exagero si digo que ha sido el mejor. Limpieza, ubicación y sobre todo trato con el dueño Frank, gracias por todo. Ya vamos a reservar para el año que viene.

God's Waiting Room in a POW Camp

Property...couldn't really fault it apart from a lack of hot water for the shower, which we think was low pressure in the boiler. The location...golf course was pretty good, the cost of golf (€64) was quite high...others in the local area were as low as €52. Noisy at times due to the "horseshoe" layout, so you could hear everything anyone was saying in a normal voice across the pool. We were disturbed by this on one night up to 2 a.m., two young boys throwing a ball against the wall at 3.30 am and the Spanish couple arguing until 4.45 a.m. Not great! The restaurant and bar was very small for the size of the site and there were no others to choose from unless you wanted to drive 2/3 miles to Sucina...meaning one of you had to drive and not drink. Sucina (local town)...a few bars (one of them closed at 4pm!), a couple of restaurants and a couple of stores, which were more expensive than the ones in San Javier 16 kms away. Local residents...didn't really have much in the way of conversation unless it was about the feral cats, lack of water, ladies that lunch, golf dinner/dance, and anything they could moan about with regard to the maintenance of the site. Would I buy an apartment here...definitely not. Would I go on holiday here again...sadly no, but the apartment itself and the weather were great.

Estancia en Riquelme

Es el segundo año que elijo este apartamento, su situación es excelente y tiene todo tipo de comodidades. La comunicación con el propietario es muy buena y responde rápidamente. El resort es un lugar muy tranquilo, muy bien cuidado e ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Si las circunstancias lo permiten el año que viene repetiré. Gracias Frank

Este es el tercer año que acudimos a la Hacienda, un lugar tranquilo para poder descansar o moverte a lugares de costa según el estilo de tus vacaciones. Los apartamentos están muy bien y todos tiene acceso a la piscina en un minuto. Cocina con todos los utensilios o disfruta del restaurante que está todo buenísimo. Volveremos sin duda

Séjour FARNIENTE !!! (Soleil et Piscine)

Bonjour, Nous avons passer un excellant séjour. L'appartement est comme décrit et la vue sur les photos sont bien réelles. C'est ce que l'on a vu et admirer. La résidence est très bien protégé par les vigiles, et calmes. Nous avons du soleil et 30°C pendant tous le séjour... Ça été magnifique!!! La piscine est ultra agréable et la température de l'eau est bonne. Les activités aux alentours sont intéressantes. On reviendra... Merci Frank .

Fabulous resort

Lovely views of the golf course and the pool from the apartment. Communication with owner and keyholder on arrival was very easy. Great location within Murcia and lots to do in the area if you want to. Apartment is comfortable with everything you need and its location within resort is perfect, equidistant from shops and sports facilities. Super holiday had by all.

Perfect apartment in ideal situation!

We had a wonderful stay at Frank’s apartment in Hacienda Riquelme. The booking arrangements and arrival procedure were very simple and clear. We were met by the key holder on arrival at HR and taken to the apartment. The apartment was in a perfect situation overlooking the pool and within an easy walking distance of the hacienda. The apartment was immaculately clean and the essential items that were left in the fridge for us were very well received. Our 3 teenagers made full use of the cable tv channels, DVD player and WiFi! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils allowing us to cook in on several nights and the air conditioning was very effective and an absolute essential. While at the apartment the boiler broke but through the key holder it was repaired and working within the day. Frank even texted to make sure that everything was ok. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a super apartment in a beautiful place. Thank you very much indeed!

Très belles vacances au soleil

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances dans un cadre magnifique, avec vue sur la piscine et le golf (2 adultes et 3 garçons de 6, 10 et 12 ans). L' appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé. La région offre de belles plages, nous avons aussi visité Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena. Je conseille vivement cette location.

A great holiday in a great apartment in a beautiful resort.

The apartment was exactly as the owners said it would be . Fully equipped with every requirement , able to sleep 6 guests in comfort . The apartment was perfectly situated on the resort with views of the pool , the excellent golf course and the mountains , in the distance . It is an advantage to hire a car which gives access to the local Mar Menor beach resorts , most of which are within a drive of about 20 to 30 minutes thanks to the excellent motorway system .A great holiday in a great resort where the owner's key holder met and greete us at the Airport , transported us to the apartment and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the resort . A very restful holiday which ticked all the boxes .

Adorable location...

Appartement lumineux, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. Idéalement situé, calme, propre, sécurisé... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Sans aucun doute, nous recommanderons cette location. Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement!!!! merci encore Frank!!!! Med BEN

Es un sitio bastante tranquilo

Un sitio muy tranquilo, los propietarios muy amables y atentos y la casa, perfecta para 4 personas, se acomoda para 6 sin problema. La piscina está a pocos pasos y pudimos disfrutar de todas las instalaciones de la hacienda. Lo único que no entendíamos es que cobraran 65€ por la limpieza cuando esta dejaba mucho que desear, suponiendo que se trate de una empresa de limpieza. También cobran un pack de bienvenida que consistía en una bolsa con paquetes abiertos de comida, aunque quizá fue porque íbamos sólo tres días. Aún así disfrutamos muchísimo el fin de semana, y se agradecen todos los detalles que tuvieron, que fueron muchos.

Great location, brilliant views of the pool and golf course.

Frank couldn't do enough for us, always very helpful and on hand when needed. Communication was great on the lead up to the holiday. Apartment had everything we needed and fantastic value for money. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

A very tranquil, beautiful and peaceful resort. The people/neighbours are very friendly. It is great for all types of holidays, whether away for a peaceful break,with your family or with your children all can enjoy! The complex is run and owned by the individual apartment owners and as such is well looked after, fully equipped and maintained. A very relaxing atmosphere which must be experience and enjoyed with every amenity within walking distance.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The apartment has beautiful traditional and agricultural views. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and part of the golf course. When you take a stroll around the resort, you will see the orange and lemon groves or sit back and listen to Spanish music at the Hacienda. Within walking distance is the town of Sucina, where you can enjoy more restaurants, bars, shops and also a Roman Catholic church.
