English-speaking channels are available through the community TV service.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, plenty of storage and, of course, a kettle and toaster!
The master bedroom features a double bed, double wardrobes and a luxurious en-suite with toilet, washbasin set in a vanity unit and a bath with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and double wardrobes while the main bathroom features a toilet, enlarged shower cubicle and a washbasin set in a vanity unit.
The main feature of the apartment is the large outside terrace, which enjoys fabulous views across the golf course to the mountains and coast beyond. The terrace is enclosed by glass curtains that can be fully opened or closed and vertical blinds offer additional privacy if required. There is a large table perfect for al-fresco dining, seating areas and steps leading up to a separate area complete with a jacuzzi. There is also a fully tiled outside patio area, again offering panoramic views of the resort, which is fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and benefits from 24-hour on-site security.
There are three communal swimming pools just yards from the apartment and the well-appointed clubhouse, complete with bar and restaurant, is just a relaxing 10-minute stroll away. There is also a gymnasium and spa facilities on site, along with a well-stocked supermarket, golf shop and an indoor children’s play area.
The 18-hole, par 71 golf course on El Valle, designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, is one of the most highly regarded in the region and attracts player from all over the world.
