A huge One bedroom apartment with an enormous terrace available for short term lease. There is a Sofa Bed in the hall for one extra guest, washer dryer, microwave and large smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with a stove and a large fridge as well all
Utensils required for everyday use. There is a pool and a gym on the same floor so no need to walk about the building in your swimming gear. The Terrace is a huge space to enjoy your morning yoga or evening tea or have a little Soirée with some friend. The Terrace is equipped with furniture as well. The apartment is 7 mins walk from Dubai Mall and very close to Burj Khalifa The tallest building in the world. It’s few minutes walking distance to Dubai Opera as well. Metro operates from Dubai Mall to the entire city and there’s are bus stops few minutes walking distance. A 24 hour supermarket is below the building and several restaurants all around.
