Pleasant luxury house completely renovated in 2019 with a surface of 140 m² on a plot of 1300 m² located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches (supervised in summer) in front of the house 3 mins walk - Large plot closed and planted with barbecue, sunbathing and patio comprising: entrance with cupboard, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a wooden terrace overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and dressing room, shower room, 2 separate toilets, 2 parental suites, one with French window opening onto the terrace with double bed 160 X 200 and private shower room each including a suite with w. vs.
Enclosed grounds closed by an electric gate. 4 parking spaces. Private bowling green in front.
Option of renting optional household linen (sheets, pillowcases, 2 hand towels per person, 1 bath mat) and / or cleaning fee. Price on request.
Off season possibility of renting the house for 4 people. Please contact us for rates.

We stayed at the property for 10 days end of June-early July. The house is very thoughtfully and generously equipped with everything you need for a perfect family vacation! A minor request was answered promptly and a friendly check-in by the family was very accommodating in the first couple of days. La maison est parfaitement bien située, à 2 pas de la plus jolie plage d’Oleron.Très bien conçue et très confortable pour 4 couples. Une terrasse surplombant un grand jardin, avec vue sur la campagne et les marais Oleronnais. Bref, rien à redire!
