Amazing and exclusive view in a unique property

I have stayed in other,more expensive beach front houses in Malibu,and this house has the best view due to the view of the beach and the beautiful trees.The hot tub was easy to use and heat and comfortable for 4 people, 6 would be pushing it.Communication with the property manager was great.I thought about giving this property a 4 star due to a few items, but that seems pretty harsh to downgrade 20% so I will just list them here.Broken umbrella outside (not unusable,just unusual for a nice property), the primary BR heating/cooling was broken, the primary BR fireplace was broken (made aware of this upon check in). The kitchen is nice, but not fully stocked as the listing mentioned.The pans are very small and somewhat difficult to cook a breakfast for four people. Any more than four, you will have a difficult time. The rooms are smaller than I thought they would be. The access to the beach is difficult if you are not able bodied to climb down some rocks.There are only small glasses and not larger glasses/plastic.The pantry is bare of all food items (no salt or pepper or other basics) and there was paper towels and some foil. Not a fully stocked kitchen as other VRBO houses might be. This is a very unique and beautiful property, but it takes some getting used to and would be a little cozier for more than the four people that we had. Also, not much privacy between the two guest bedrooms next to each other upstairs.

Stunning property & great service

A unique villa designed to perfectly frame the ever-changing and always stunning views of sea, sun and surfers (and occasional dolphins) below. Nicole was a star - always available to sort out any issues with poise and patience.

An Idyllic 5 days

When I booked our 5 day experience at this photogenic home, I expected a beautiful house with a wonderful view of the ocean. What we found when we entered was something that profoundly exceeded our expectations. In my son’s words upon seeing the view for the first time, “ARE YOU KIDDING ME???” The house itself is a wonder. The architect’s use of materials (think metal and glass) blows you away from the moment you walk in. It’s like living in a piece of art except it is also extremely comfortable and cozy. The house sits on a private part of Broad Beach that allows for complete privacy with one of Malibu’s very best beaches just a few steps (on an insanely cool drawbridge) away. Inquiries with our contact Nicole were both immediate and pleasant. House is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked. We plan to stay again asap before they sell the house to a very, very lucky person! Give yourself a gift and experience this rare jewel while you can!!!!

Ultra modern oceanfront house. Spectacular views, with surfers and dolphins providing endless live entertainment. Jordan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout.

Unbeatable location with a Starbucks, grocery store, boutique shops, Trancus Country Market shopping center with available surf lessons, paddle boarding and rental needs at (drill surf and skate). less than a mile away. (walkable or drive able). Zuma beach nearby as well with great surfing.

Malibu County Mart 15-20 minute drive away. (Upscale shopping, dining, outdoor playground for kids).
