An exquisite opportunity to stay in a home in this exclusive Community!! Originally Built in 1920 this home radiates the Ambiance of Historical Value with Impeccable Attention to Detail and Design! The home has been updated and renovated without disturbing the Individual Style! And the newest restoration includes a beautiful kitchen, claw foot tub, and a mix of old and new enhancements to ensure your stay is comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and downstairs is a large livingroom with a couch that folds out into a queen bed.
My family lives close but so if there are any questions or issues, all you have to do is call.

This is our second stay at this amazing historic home during the USSSA TN World Series! Shannon is an incredible host! The property is everything listed and more. The beds sleep like a dream and there is ample space to have your own quite time or gather and hang out. So close to all of our events and Pals...IYKYK! Hope to be back next year!

Excellent Christmas Vacation

This was an excellent and quiet location in the historical district of Kingsport, TN. It was very comfortable for five people, and the amenities are too numerous to mention!!

Great spot to stay with family

Comfortable and feels like a home. Small park across the street was great for kids. Owner was helpful and very nice. Beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen.
