This is a huge house with plenty of room to spread out! The location is incredible, just one block to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans etc. We really enjoyed our time here! I highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay here, and especially appreciated the good size rooms and comfortable beds. Parking was easy either on the street or the adjoining grassy area. Shops within walking distance and 5min walk to the beach! You can also catch ferries locally to explore nearby islands. Beautiful coastline!

Lovely family home in fabulous location. Easy to find, parking on the street or off road if required. Private gardenWell stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook.Comfy clean beds, with lots and lots of space.

A well situated home very near the seafront in a charming seaside town. The property was spacious enough for 8 (1 dog) . It was mostly clean though we did discover some mould under the drying rack in the kitchen. The house would benefit from some attention in places particularly the ground floor bathroom window and kitchen cabinets. The place would benefit from a decoration refresh. Host was very communicative and helpful and overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Although the house was perfect for us the furniture was a little tired. But I do understand it takes time to update everything. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay very much. All rooms were very spacious with plenty of seating in the lounge. If we went to Largs again we would definitely choose Leonards house.

Marilyn, Thank you for your kind review. Our main objective is to provide guests with a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms function well. I acknowledge that some of the furnishings need updating and we hope to make inroads into this year . Also whilst the kitchen needs updating currently it is satisfactory. However it is on the updating list.. The house gets many visitors returning some every year which is very pleasing and we look forward to hearing from you in the not too distant future. Short break in Largs

The property was extremely clean and comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we required for our family break. It was ideally located in a quiet residential area, close to the beach, town center and amenities. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Everything about this property was perfect! Great location, terrific and well stocked kitchen and baths and bedrooms. Leonard’s instructions were clear and helpful. He even had a list of things to do! And Largs is simply a wonderful vacation spot. We’re already planning a return next summer.

Home away from home.

This was our fifth time staying in the John Street house in Largs. Our first time there as a family was 17 years ago when my husband lost a kidney to cancer and we wanted to celebrate his recovery. The location is perfect. Just steps from the beach and the house is spacious with everything a large family needs.

The property is in a very good location 1minute from riverside and easy walk into the town and ferry to Millport. We were there with family for a family event and there was plenty of room.The house is a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC, this would make it more a far more enjoyable experience.

The house is a bit dated decoration -wise in places and I update when I can but my main concern is you have a good clean house, well functioning bathrooms, comfy beds with quality linen in the roomy bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.
