Welcome to Villa Mimi, a bright and well-maintained Provençal family villa, ideally located in a typical village close to Avignon, its famous Festival, the Palais des Papes and the Pont Saint-Bénézet.
Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Provence, where outdoor living, cultural discoveries and quality time together come naturally, in an authentic and peaceful village setting.

The interior was fully renovated in 2019 and is kept in excellent condition, offering a fresh and comfortable living space for family stays.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private garden, swimming pool, and pétanque court at the rear of the house. The garage is reserved for owner use and is not available to guests.

Interaction with Guests
Guests will be personally welcomed on arrival by a concierge service, who will provide a full tour of the villa and explain the amenities. Throughout the stay, the concierge remains at your disposal for any assistance, urgent matters, or questions related to the property, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.
Upon request, the concierge can also arrange selected activities and local experiences outside the scope of the rental. These services may be discussed directly with the concierge and are subject to availability.

🧹 House & Garden Preparation, Cleaning & Linen
• House and garden preparation, including indoor and outdoor professional cleaning, is charged at €180 per stay
(equivalent to approximately 6 hours of professional cleaning).
• If the house, garden, pool house, or pool is returned in a condition requiring additional cleaning, extra cleaning hours will be charged at €30 per hour, starting from the 7th hour, and must be settled upon departure.
• Household and bed linen are included in the rental price.
Linen is provided by a specialized company for a flat fee of €165 per stay.

• Upon arrival, the concierge will request a €300 security deposit, collected by credit card.
• The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out, subject to the property’s condition.
