The Perfect Jumping Off Point! Free WiFi and Great Location!

Come stay at the Little Green House! Newly built in 2017. Right on the edge of town and near several restaurants (less than 1 block to Bob's Seafood and Chowder) and the water (a couple blocks to the Tommy Thompson Trail). Very comfortable, newly built cottage featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Strict no pet policy. All one level and 1,065 square feet. Master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom. One of the extra bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other one has a full size bed and they have their own full bath to share. Kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to make meals and snacks. There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen. Dining area and comfortable living room. Outside there is a covered porch and outdoor table and chairs with umbrella. Ring video doorbell outside the home for your added security. Free WiFi. There is off street parking and two car tandem driveway. Convenient to downtown historic district and ferries (visit Victoria, Guemes Island or San Juan Islands. A short drive to Whidbey Island to Port Townsend ferry). Less than 15 minutes to Deception Pass state park and Whidbey Island.

Great place - we loved our stay. Clean, comfortable, nice seating outside, everything you need to settle right in. Location is uptown so pro is quiet, walk easily to Tommy Thompson trail, but con is not readily walkable to downtown…so just depends what you are looking for. Would recommend.

The Little Green House

Everything we could have asked for! We will definitely stay here again! The beds were very comfortable, they provided coffee and spices for cooking. We enjoyed ourselves so much we requested to extend our stay one more night and they were able to accommodate us. Wonderful place we highly recommend!!!!

Great house that worked perfectly for our family with a few toys for kids, pack and play, and even a high chair/booster seat that attaches to a chair. Kitchen was well stocked too! We had a little trouble figuring out heat when we first got there and Danielle was quick to respond and help us figure it out! Great place to stay!

We had a great time in the little green house! We will for sure rent again in the future. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had, and there were extra amenities available upon our arrival for our use! Approximately midway between downtown A'town and Lori's mom's place. Close proximity to everything. All the room we needed to be together and also spread out. And extremely responsive to our needs - sorry we had to be the renters with a clothes washer issue - delivering a new washer/dryer set early the very next morning after we "discovered" a leak. Danielle was great all the way...

Great Get-Away

We stayed 5 nights and the home is exactly as described. Bedding and Mattress’ were excellent. Very clean home, looks like it was recently remodeled. Very cute decor and furniture. Great location and fully stocked with dishes and lots of extras. Great communication as well. We come to Anacortes a couple times a year to visit our son. We would definitely consider staying again.

Bought this place to be able to enjoy fishing and crabbing in the summer on my boat. Have always loved the charm of Anacortes being an "island" without having to take a ferry. This house is such a great location for enjoying the area.
