We had an amazing trip and stay here!

Place was gorgeous with beautiful views and everything we needed. Just a short walk to eagle lodge which was super convenient. Highly recommend!

First Mammoth visit

The place was great it fit our family 6 total. The location was also a bonus just out of downtown with unobstructed mountain views. We will be back

Nice condo but trash was left in one of the bedrooms from the previous guests, a bedroom window was painted closed so was very hot the first night until we talked with very nice painters/workers who took care of it for us early the next morning. Cobwebs in the corners and hanging from the ceiling and overall it was not cleaned well. Shower drain in master bath was so very slow and took hours so only 1 person could use it each day. Beds were comfortable, beautiful view and great location. We would not choose this particular unit again but would stay in the complex if another unit was available.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues — leftover trash from a previous guest, cobwebs, and a slow shower drain are all completely unacceptable and have been addressed with our cleaning and maintenance teams. We also apologize for the painted window making the first night uncomfortable — we're glad the crew was able to take care of it quickly the following morning. Please know that if any of these issues come up during a future stay, don't hesitate to give us a call and we will always do our best to send someone by to help make things right. Nice, clean place that is as nice as the pictures.

Overall a very nice place to stay. I will look to see if this is available the next time I come up. The only thing I would change is to have an updated BBQ. I like to BBQ on vacation but this one seems a bit old and a little small. I was going to use it but decided to use the oven instead. I will look you up next time I visit. Thanks.

Great Location, Views

Perfect location to stage out of Eagle Canyon for skiing/snowboarding. A two minute drive to drop off or a short walk to the shuttle stop. Short drive to downtown. Convenient. Top notch views from the deck. Kids sled down the hill just outside the unit. Very good amenities. Place is a cozy but not small enough to be uncomfortable for 4 adults and 4 younger teenagers. Good heat and hot water. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended, especially if you’re skiing out of for Eagle Canyon.

Christmas family gathering

Upon arrival discovered unsatisfactory circumstances including dog hair and dust bunnies galore plus filthy windows despoiling the Sierra, Mammoth views. Living room furniture far below what is expected of a rental priced at the equivalent to a five star luxury hotel.
