Nice benefits for this new house.
5 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes from the beach and the village.
New house, capacity 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Stay opened on well equipped kitchen, with direct access on a terrace south full sheltered and very nice, with living room of garden, barbecue and parasol.
We provide sheets and towels.
Cleaning charge: 80 €.
Deposit: 500 €.

maison idéale pour retrouvailles familiales

Maison conforme à la description, idéallement située, même sans voiture, jardin clos, on se sent vraiment bien dans cette maison, tout a été pensé! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour une semaine cette fois l'année prochaine. Même si nous n'avons pas vu Séverine, les échanges par téléphone ont été très agréables. Je recommande vivement.

un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour , la maison est conforme à la description, très lumineuse, très bien située ( bourg, port et supermarché très proches , c'est très pratique). Les pièces sont d'un très beau volume et nous avons aussi apprécié les extérieurs en mangeant même dehors en février! Groix est une jolie île à visiter à pied ( départ de la maison) et à vélo et cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis.
