This chic condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably and includes a fully equipped open concept kitchen / living room, 2 bedrooms, a beautiful modern bathroom, a large HD Smart TV with Netflix access, air conditioning and free WIFI. The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed (two single sized beds placed together), while the second bedroom consists of a queen sized that comfortably sleeps two. Both bedrooms are dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and luxurious duvet. The condo is equipped with a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a living area with comfortable couches (that can sleep two guests). Guests will also enjoy a full-sized luxurious bathroom stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and face soaps.

The upstairs bedroom overlooks the 300 sq ft private roof-top terrace, which includes access to a private 5 seater hot tub, patio set (seasonal), and BBQ (seasonal).

The rooms that are advertised as “King bed” refers to 2 twin beds together which we prepare as a king.

Quiet location. Recently renovated Clean. Namely the king bedroom bed is actually two single beds glued together. Good place I recommend it!

NOPE, Nothing like the Photos

There were so many issues with this stay. First, I messaged the owner a week prior to my stay AFTER I got SMS messages asking me to authorize for charges, but also options to opt-out? I wanted to confirm the messages were legitimate and that I might not feel too comfortable going through their system when they listed on VRBO. I got no replies at all which made me nervous. Then for check-in, I had no instructions and I could not get in touch with the owner. VRBO helped out and sent me more numbers to contact at which point I got through finally to the fourth one I tried. The property manager informed me that by the way there is no television since the last renters who had just left had broken it, and that there would be a discounted rate - right when I was walking in to the unit. The unit by the way is nothing like the photos. There are so many damages, scuffs, and smells. The grill and hot tub did not look safe to use. The owner is now claiming that the rate I booked at IS the discounted rate which lol - I booked and was charged September 6 and I stayed September 20. There was no indication before September 20 at 5:45PM that there was going to be no TV. I never even got a reply from the owner until September 22 when I checked out... and now I don't know what to do about refund. VRBO was as helpful as they could be, but it really ruined the experience for me and the check-in was definitely a pit of our trip.

Great Stay

Very nice place in a charming neighborhood! Lots to do, great food, and loads of parks! Overall was a great experience

* There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside and on the balconies. should there be any signs of smoke after your departure including the smell of smoke, a smoking penalty of $350 will be charged on your security deposit.
* Late check out penalty fee is $150 per hour (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event that it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00 am checkout since the cleaners must prepare the unit for the next guests.
*Guests will be required to provide ID upon arrival and a hold of $1000CAD.
