A lovely modern, clean and well organised apartment, very convenient to the old town area and main attractions of Aix. Good garage area for a car so you can travel to see surrounding areas. Owner communicated well.

Excellent Aix

The apartment is perfectly located within quick walking distance of the markets , tourist bureau, abundant restaurants, bistros, specialty shops, Monoprix and special sites. It is on a quiet one way street, steps from Place Vendome. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well appointed with kitchen supplies for home cooking after a market visit. The balcony is very large with lovely furniture and a small table for 3 persons. A laundry rack is provided on the balcony. Note that the second bedroom has a twin bed and the main room has a full bed for 2 persons. Our host met us at an agreed time. We did not have roaming phone service so it was a bit tricky to communicate but we finally used What’s app. Pluses: location, size, elevator access, air conditioning, comfortable furniture, large shower, washing machine.

Excellent appartment close to the old town

We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The appartment has everything you need and is very spacious. The balcony is very usefull in the evenings to relax with a few drinks. The car parking is in a locked ground floor garage under the apartments. Access to the car parking is via the lift or stairs, with a remote control to open/close the electric door. The appartment is within 10 mins walking to the centre of the old town, where there are many bars and places to eat. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very flexible with our requests and helpfull when required. Overall, i would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in aix en provence.

Emplacement idéal pour les promenades en ville

Non loin du grand théâtre mais aussi du centre ville, cet appartement bien agencé et bien équipé était parfait pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Great location, great apartment, great property owner

The title summarizes our feelings. The place was perfect for a couple or even for three. It’s a five minute walk to a supermarket and to downtown. The owner was fantastic in every respect. If we return to Aix, we would love to stay there again.

Fabulous Flat in Aix!

We just had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful property. The location is terrific -- less than a 10-minute walk to the center of town with scores of restaurants minutes away. The apartment is modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is a huge terrace which was a great place to relax. We didn't cook any meals there, but my wife said the kitchen was very well equipped. Julien is a wonderful host -- we rarely needed to contact him (usually for suggestions of restaurants and where to explore) but when we did he responded promptly. We loved the high tech features, like remote controlled blinds, and there was plenty of light. We would stay here again if we ever return to Aix...which by the way is an absolutely delightful town!

Lovely apartment, somewhat spotty communication

In all important matters, this apartment is a 5. Excellent location, bed, air conditioning, parking space, size. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. Julien is swift and gracious in communicating by text. He does not, however, like to communicate by phone or email. I'd encourage Julien to get a few more small plates, a dish rack and a book providing written instructions for guests about the stove, coffee maker and things to do in town. That said, I'd stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Julien for sharing your lovely apartment.

Julien was wonderful to work with. He responded promptly snd was very accommodating. The apartment was well stocked and clean. It was quiet and the location great. We would highly recommend.

In het hart van de Provence

Appartement is ruim met groot overdekt balkon. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima werkende airco. Garage onder appartement en met lift meteen bij het appartement. De bakker is oo 5 minuten loopafstand, het centrum op 15 minuten loopafstand. Vanuit Aix zijn Arles, Avignon, de Gorges du Verdon, het park de Luberon, de Camargue en kustplaatsen zoals Marseille, Cassis ( boottocht naar de calanques), Fréjus makkelijk te bereiken.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Aix. L appartement est en toute proximité du centre ville. Il présente de nombreux atouts : decore avec goût,un garage privatif,une grande et jolie terrasse, des équipements de qualité... et un accueil sympa!

appartement neuf en centre ville

appartement neuf, bien agencé, très calme, très bien situé à proximité de tout à pied. Accueil aussi sympathique qu'efficace par Julien le propriétaire. Belle pièce à vivre avec terrasse au premier étage. Tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour la cuisine. Literie confortable avec réglage de température individuelle dans chaque pièce. Volets électriques. Place de stationnement au sous sol. Une location que l'on ne peut que recommander. A louer "les yeux fermés"
