Very clean and we loved the location very short walk to the beach and plenty of room in the house and will definitely be returning for our future vacation's.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful stay. Here are the pluses: The place was tidy and clean. We played foosball and pool a lot. We put together a bunch of the puzzles they provided. we had a large group so the double kitchen was perfect!. We loved the pool and the hot tub, the beach. I think we used everything that was provided. a truely enjoyable experience. Here are the complaints that I heard from the group: The minigolf was too hard (we tried it and gave up). Honestly I expected this when I saw the photos. I still used the idea of a minigolf course as a selling point to my family but I knew it wouldn't get much use (I'd call it a gimick but I used it the same way to get excitement up with the grandkids. The beach is not great for sharks teeth but we did come home with a huge conch shell! Some of the beds were uncomoftable (not mine!!!). Despite some small things this is a must visit location!

Our family had a wonderful time at Phoenix Rising! The home was clean and spacious. It was a perfect beach getaway!

Very nice house, lots of room for everyone! Pool was fantastic!
