Villa Vezzosa Grande is a characteristic and welcoming age-old farm house. It sleeps 15 people. From Villa Vezzosa Grande you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Alta Valle of Tevere (Upper Tiber Valley). Villa Vezzosa Grande is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private patio and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from the medieval hamlet of Citerna, where you will find shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).
To stay at Villa Vezzosa Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
Villa Vezzosa Grande is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an annex on the premises.

Villa Vezzosa is a large classic old farmhouse in the country surrounded by a garden. There is a sunny swimming pool in the garden. You'll be in the verdant countryside between Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from the lovely towns of Fighille and Anghiari, which are on the list of "The Most Beautiful Towns in Italy". Villa Vezzosa sits at the edge of the tiny village of Mancino, a cluster of ancient stone homes. Here you won't find tourist hoards, but the real inhabitants of the place, cordial and hospitable, and you'll be able to taste the way of life (and the food and wine!), which are genuine Italian country-style. The pool is heated by solar panels.
The nice couple who own it live on site in a separate home, and are available to give you information and are happy to let you taste the organic fruits and vegetables from their garden.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. It is heated. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September, from 8.30 am to 7 pm.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.
Main Building, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the garden. The furnishings are elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first kitchen.

You will be able to enter the second living room from the garden along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. Here you will find a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.

The fifth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second kitchen.
