Casa Nuria E is a modern and graceful studio apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nuria E you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of La Spezia. Casa Nuria E is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of La Spezia, where you will find restaurants, shops and the train station. You will find the stop for ATC La Spezia - Biassa line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the beach at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles).
For a successful stay at Casa Nuria E we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking space. Casa Nuria is an elegant villa set on a high point above the sea and the port of La Spezia. You'll be on the road that you can walk to the center of La Spezia in 20 minutes and within a few kilometers by car or bus you'll be able to get to enchanting attractions like Porto Venere, the famous towns of the Cinque Terre National Park, and the Marine Protected Area of the Cinque Terre. The four-story villa is divided into six cozy apartments, a few with a view of the sea. The guests have a beautiful terraced garden available for their use.

Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; heating; continental breakfast; daily cleaning; linens and towels; electricity. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 2.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 16 are exempt.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of La Spezia. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees and by an awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the Mediterranean sea and of La Spezia. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bunk divan bed for two guests. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a cooker with one electric burner, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
