Villa Halcon se encuentra en una pequeña finca privada en la carretera principal Málaga / Marbella, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa y a solo 50 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Málaga.
Ubicado en sus propios terrenos seguros con piscina de 8m, terraza en la azotea y amplio patio con barbacoa y área para tomar el sol, esta propiedad recientemente renovada tiene cuatro habitaciones completamente equipadas, una con una cama king size, dos habitaciones con dos camas que se pueden cambiar a dobles, una habitación con literas (camas de tamaño completo), dos con baño privado y duchas. Además, el baño familiar recientemente renovado también tiene una ducha, lavabo e inodoro.
Hay una cocina totalmente equipada recientemente reformada con lavavajillas, horno eléctrico y microondas. La calefacción es proporcionada por dos unidades de aire acondicionado o calentadores eléctricos y se calienta centralmente en todas partes. Todas las habitaciones y el salón tienen TV de pantalla plana o DVD y la villa cuenta con wifi gratuito.
La playa limpia está a solo unos minutos a pie y ofrece una amplia variedad de bares y restaurantes cercanos.
Villa Halcon está idealmente ubicado para numerosas áreas locales de interés, incluyendo Marbella y el patio de juegos millonarios de Puerto Banús, a solo 10 minutos en automóvil o en el servicio de autobús local. Incluso Gibraltar está a solo 1,5 horas en coche.

very nice holiday villa with plenty of space and close to everything.

Very nice stay, with 5 friends we had all the privacy we needed, enough space for everyone, inside looks a bit small for 8 people, but during the summer season, you do not need to be inside, and outside area is very spacious.everything was clean when we arrived. all was well prepared, and instructions where clear. a well spend couple of days.

Great location

Although the villa is in a great location and had recently been painted we felt that it really needs a Professional deep clean inside and outside - especially to the bathrooms and shower areas.

Our stay in Marbella

the stay was successful, simplicity in checking in and out. Super location. The property is very nice, a little however neglected. With the improvement of some details it could be an exemplary place for a holiday stay.

The house is Nice if they would clean it better We had to put all the plates and cutlery and cups in The dishwaser si dirty they were. We could not use the frying pans, they were awfully dirty just to trow them away. Cupboards where dusty so we had to clean them. Thére were cockroach gunning around. The tiles a round of The pool also need to be cleaned . The pool on himself very clean and well Looked after. The garden is ok ifthey would clean The birds shut. After all we had a Nice stay.

Lovely holiday - pool was perfect

We chose this villa as we wanted a private pool for a relaxing week and in that sense it was perfect. The outdoor area is really good with shaded areas (especially the Tiki Bar/pergola) and the pool was clean and a good size. We also used the BBQ which worked really well. Inside it was spacious but we didn’t spend much time there beyond sleeping. 10 min walk to the beach and some lovely bars was a great option. Would also recommend hiring a car as we used it to explore nearby, such as Puerto Banus, Marbella, etc. I’ve read comments about the cleanliness of the Villa and whilst it wasn’t perfect and perhaps needs a bit of a facelift in places, this was not an issue for us and everything did work. Agree it would be great to have a second fridge just for drinks but it wasn’t a massive issue for us (although we were only 5 adults). My 2 observations are that it would be good to have an outdoor shower by the pool and clearer communication/documentation about needing coins for the aircon and fire sticks for the TVs, if you want to use them (again not a massive issue for us as we spent evenings outside playing cards). When I did contact the owner response time was always quick which was great. Overall we were very happy with our stay and had a great week.

I wish I have never booked this villa, location is good , but it’s not clean , when we enter in the villa it’s smell so bad , feel like it’s never been opened , dust everywhere which was not good for kids. Living room furniture in need upgrades, very less space in living room but in the pics it’s looks bigger. Pool was clean . Out door sitting was ok but because of mosquitos can’t sit outside for long , even outside fan doesn’t work . Biggest problem is there Air conditioner, if you want to use it you have to pay €1 for every 20 mins , how someone can keep going to put coin in for use of Air Conditioner , In hot weather should not book this villa because there is no AC. I never heard before this I have to pay for AC extra if I want to use , I can even understand if u pay €5 and last at least 4 to 5 hrs . But can keep going to put coin in every 20 minutes, Really bad .

Couldn’t use pool on first day

Upon arrival we were able to leave our luggage in the garden and visit the beach whilst the property was being prepared, we were told that we could not use the pool until the following day as it needed to be cleaned, this was a huge disappointment the response from the owner was substandard Some parts of the property are dated and the cleanliness on face value was good however when items were moved thick dust lay beneath, a deep clean is needed The fridge is not big enough there is one operational ac unit in one bedroom in the other 2 it’s operated by €1 coins it lasts 20 minutes and is woefully poor, so much so we did not use it, there is no air con in communal areas. The tap in one of the bathrooms was covered in some scum that made it look unclean, the pool tiles clearly had not been cleaned fir some time displaying a visible off putting scum mark (my husband actually cleaned them as it was so dirty) the tiki bar is great in the evenings. The outside area is not big enough for 8 people to sunbathe, there is an old car parked inside the grounds which takes away from the property, sun beds were piled up covered in dust and dirt, more attention to detail is needed

Alquilamos la casa y la verdad todo excepcional, pero esto es como cuando vas a un restaurante y comes bien pero llega el camarero y te falta al respeto o te tira un agua por encima. La dueña del alojamiento es una impresentable, no intentó cobrar primero 117€, después 400€ y después 500€ por limpieza, cuando la limpieza va incluida. Tened mucho cuidado con los dueños, son unos estafadores

Mauvaises surprises

Il n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce que la climatisation était payante 1 € toutes les 20 minutes, soit 24 euros chaque nuit pour 2 chambres, une machine à laver en extérieur de 5 kg pour 8 personnes, 1 mini poêle très abîmée obligeant à en acheter une autre de taille familiale , lave vaisselle qui ne lave rien, un mini parasol cassé pour 8 personnes. Beaucoup de déception

De ligging van het huisje is prima, 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. De voorzieningen buiten (zwembad en ligbedden enz.) zijn prima! Binnen, waar je natuurlijk niet al teveel wilt zijn is het goed. al met al een prima huisje om een weekje door te brengen :-).

Perfect relaxing quiet location

Fantastic quiet location, complete privacy and secluded due to surrounding trees/bushes. There are a few decent restaurants nearby, but Marbella is also nearby by a reasonably priced Uber. The accommodation is well equipped with all you might need, my only recommendation would be to be equipped with 1 Euro coins for the air-con, which in august is a necessity. The pool area is fantastic & the Tikki bar provides a great area to chill with a drink. While a car is not a necessity There is a great supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately and check in was easy, even the service people who turned up to clean the gardens and pool and the final check out were very friendly This place has raised the bar & I would certainly stay there again. .

Great Villa in a first class location.

This is a very good villa with a fabulous sized pool and outside space in a quiet and well established residential area comprising mainly high quality, detached, villas . Our only criticisms would be that although there are beds for 8 people it might be a tad 'crowded' for 8 adults. But it is, in our view, a very comfortable villa for up to 6 adults with very good aircon in the 3 double bedrooms but none in the living areas or bedroom 4 (this did not bother us as we spent almost all our 'day time and evenings' outside or away exploring the area. We also felt that the fridge and freezer space was a little bit on the tight side for keeping enough soft drinks, beers and wines cold ( as well as the food we bought) but we were pleased to find bags of ice in plentiful supply at the local Carrefour Supermarket. The villa is very well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, and everything you need for self catering (dishwasher too). The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers are good with good towels supplied ( and pool towels as well). The washing machine and drying lines (at the rear of the villa) were very useful and worked perfectly. The Carrefour is a great little supermarket (5-10 minute walk) and met almost all of our needs and has a great recycling facility close by. We also used the Lidl (3-4 km away toward Fuengirola on the main N-340) for larger quantities of cans of drinks, wine and beer and a bigger variety of other food. The local sandy beach is excellent with lots of bars, eateries and water activities all along the front. Marbella is a short drive a way as are Puerto Banus and Fuengirola (great crazy golf course with a good bar and eatery). All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would come back without hesitation.

Wonderful villa and location

Villa was perfect inside and out. The pool and outside seating areas (especially the tiki barn) were enjoyed by us all and the location was ideal. We didn’t hire a car as we could walk to the shops, restaurants,beach and for day trips to Marbella, it was so easy to get an Uber. The owners were very helpful from the initial booking, providing us with details for airport transfers and as our return flight was late in the evening looked after our luggage so we could make the most of our last day and visit puerto banus. The villa and location were both exceptional and made a very happy holiday. Thank you.

Excellent property

Very nice villa. Had everything we needed. There were 3 of us (all around 50). We played golf a couple of days and spent the rest of the time by the pool. Villa was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. Area very quiet, just what we wanted. Perfect. Thank you.

Amazing Pool and Garden

Unfortunately in late March the weather wasn't kind so couldn't enjoy the garden and pool but in the summer months it would be perfect. Great location for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket - all within walking distance. Villa was very dated and cold. We asked for heating and was told how to use it but it only heated 3 radiators. Villa was very well equipped and a family could cook meals, BBQ with no problem. One towel each for 7 days was not enough and there were no spares so pretty awful by the end of the week. Outside lighting could be improved as could the instructions re villa and surrounding area. Would recommend booking

Super séjour

La maison est très bien, très fonctionnelle et l’extérieur très sympa avec un espace « Tikki bar » très convivial pour les apéros et farnientes en regardant les enfants profiter à fond de la piscine super chaude. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! A noter qu’il n’y avait pas de serviettes de piscine (contrairement à ce qu’il était mentionné dans l’annonce) et la climatisation est payante (1€ les 3 heures) mais la température le soir permettait de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes au frais.

Nice location but a bit basic

Overall it was fine and the price reasonable. The owners were kind and easy to get in touch with. The location is very nice- quiet neighborhood and not a far walk from the beach. The house is smaller than it looks in the photos, and the rooms quite petite. There are two fairly new and spacious bathrooms, but the bathroom in the main bedroom is very cramped. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a washing machine for open use, as most holiday rentals have. To use the AC we had to put in one euro coins. I’m guessing it’s much more if a summer place- there was a nice pool and outdoor area, but we went in off season.
