Villa Halcon is located on a small private estate off the main Malaga/Marbella highway, a few minutes walk to the beach & only 50 mins drive from Malaga airport.

Set in its own secure grounds with 8m swimming pool, rooftop sun terrace and large patio with barbeque & sun bathing area, this recently refurbished property has four fully fitted bedrooms, two twin, one double bedroom & a bunk bedded bedroom, two with en-suite facilities with showers. In addition the family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower.

There's a recently refurbished fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, electric oven & microwave. Heating is provided by two air con units or electric heaters & a wood burning fire in the lounge. All bedrooms & lounge have flatscreen TV's or DVD facility & new for 2014, the facility of wifi.

The clean beach is a only few minutes walk away and offers a wide choice of bars & restaurants nearby.

Villa Halcon is ideally located for numerous local areas of interest including Marbella & millionaires playground Puerto Banus, only 10 min drive or take the local bus service. Even Gibraltar is only 1.5 hours drive away.

The villa and grounds are perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The enclosed villa grounds are private with a large patio & barbeque area making alfresco dining a delight & is especially well suited for families wishing to self cater. Apart from the rooftop sun terrace the living accommodation is on one level & ideally suitable for families with young children, elderly people or wheel chair users alike. Airconditioning units and a washing machine are coin operated control.

A week wasn't long enough. Fantastic villa, very clean and well maintained. Home from home with all the amenities you need plus more. Pool perfect when the sun got too hot!! Ideal location within walking distance of the beach with lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. Walking in the opposite direction you come across the local supermarket full of everything you will need and again more restaurants and bars. Will definately be booking again

Prima verblijf

Prima verblijf met wel mogelijkheden om buiten (overdekt) te zitten. Rustige ligging vlak bij het strand (zeer leuke strandtentjes) en de weg richting Marbella en Malaga. Supermarkt ook dicht bij waar alles verkrijgbaar is. Golfbanen op 5 minuten. Als ik een nadeel moet noemen dan is dat er klein onderhoud gedaan zou moeten worden (losse kraan, deurknop) en dat interieur iets gedateerd is.
