THE VILLA MADI ONE
The villa Madi One of 165 m² + 40m² terrace is ideally located in a subdivision located at the entrance of Bourg des Trois-Ilets.

The villa is close to the shops and beaches of Anse Mitan and Pointe du Bout (5 minutes by car) and enjoys a beautiful tropical garden.

This luxury villa renovated and tastefully decorated can accommodate up to 10 travelers.

On the ground floor, the sleeping area is composed of four air-conditioned bedrooms including a large wardrobe in each of them.
You will find a large bathroom consisting of a sink, a toilet and a shower + a second separate toilet.
A dryer and a washing machine are at the disposal of the travelers in the buanderie.

You will enjoy a lounge (with ceiling fan) / TV area open on the terrace, equipped with a TV with cable channels + WIFI internet.

The new American kitchen is very well equipped, it includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a traditional coffee maker and a toaster.

The living room and the American kitchen open directly onto the large terrace and the swimming pool.
The covered terrace is furnished with a large table and a beautiful garden furniture.

Travelers can make good grills with the charcoal barbecue.

Upstairs, you will find a fifth and large air-conditioned room with its ensuite bathroom (WC + sink + shower).

Relax around the pool on sunbathing or in the pool. For the comfort of travelers, we have installed an outdoor shower.

THE ROOMS
Villa Madi One can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 air-conditioned rooms.

On the ground floor, the sleeping area is composed of four rooms:
-Two air-conditioned bedrooms each with two single beds 90 cm (possibility to combine them to make a double bed of 180cm) and a large wardrobe,
-Two large air-conditioned bedrooms each with a double bed 180 cm
and a large wardrobe

The rooms downstairs have a bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink and a second independent toilet.

Upstairs, you will find the last air-conditioned room composed of a double bed 180 cm, a wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom (sink, toilet and shower)

The beaches, shops, restaurants of the tourist area of Trois Ilets - Anse Mitan are 5 minutes by car.
The first supermarket, bakery, butcher, wine shop ... are 400m from the villa.

From the beach of Anse Mitan, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.
