Near the village of Plomodiern come and rest in a quiet old farmhouse renovate.

The new cottage of 45 m² is adjoining on one side to another cottage two people and sound isolated. It consists on the ground floor of a living room and a toilet and upstairs a bedroom with wardrobe closet, a clearance with low cupboard and a bathroom with toilet suspended.
Equipment: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher 6 places, induction hob, oven pyrolysis, fridge freezer, television, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer.
An individual and closed terrace is at your disposal at the back of the house.

In the village one km to you will find an inter-market, a bakery, restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy.

The cottage is ideally located between Douarnenez, the Crozon peninsula and Quimper.
500 m from the house overlooking the Bay of Douarnenez and hiking trails, 5.2 km Lestrevet beach and fine sand and 4 km lead hom and 330 m altitude with a 360 view degrees.

Accueil très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sociable, disponible mais discret. Le gîte est grand, fonctionnel, bien équipé avec une petite terrasse bien sympa, au calme et proche de nombreuses balades pour découvrir cette belle région.
