Hello! We're a family of four from coastal San Diego. We regularly vacation in the desert because we can't get enough of the beauty and climate! We decided to purchase a property to spend even more time in the gorgeous Coachella Valley! We look forward to sharing our desert home with you! We chose to host our vacation home ourselves rather than to turn it over to a management company. We want our guests to have the option of direct access to us during your entire stay. From majestic sunrises and spectacular sunsets over the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains to sightings of endangered Bighorn Sheep, roadrunners, Canadian geese to planting our feet on 6 world famous golf courses! We're also close enough to enjoy a day trip to Joshua Tree or downtown Palm Springs! We've got the best of both worlds!
What makes this Condo unique
Our main wish when purchasing a condo was to find a West facing property toward the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains! Now we get to enjoy the absolutely gorgeous pink and orange sunsets over these massive mountains! We also wanted a view of the golf course as the lush greens enhance the pretty mountain views even more so! We didn't realize just how entertained we'd become since our yard faces the Palmer Private 8th Hole where all the action is! There is definitely an extra bonus being able to jump in any one of the 50+ resort swimming pools or to be able to soak in the jacuzzi under the stars, as they are sprinkled every 7 houses! We always find one that we get to ourselves! Our condo also has several beautiful upgrades (too many to list!) that we really appreciate! Without hesitation, we love the tranquil, safe setting along with 24 hour staffed guard gated security for our peace of mind. We're confident our guests will enjoy our second home as much as we do!
