Kids playhouse with slide and sandy beach for summer fun.
Kayaks ready to explore lake Nisswa or our channel and take them to the new city docks to explore downtown Nisswa.
Perfect place to create new family memories, ride your bike a mile to the Paul Bunyan trail.
Bring your boat or rent one and explore the 10+ restaurants on gull lake chain or play some golf at grand view resort that is less than a mile from our home.

Why they chose this property
Quite street with full access to the gull lake chain. We are the second home on the channel that connects and you get a full lake view. Sandy beach with dock to park your boat. Very little wind with an acer to play.
We take great pride in a clean home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and living room on the main level.

2 miles from Grand View, Nissawa, shopping, golf, boating all at your fingertips. Very quite street with tons of room to play.
