In a residence of 33 apartments on the 4th and last floor with elevator, built in 1974 - Apartment located 3 minutes walk (750 m) from La Clusaz-center and ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet. Access to the residence by an exterior staircase of 28 steps. Very beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes. Quiet. Shuttles at 150 m.

ENTRANCE with EQUIPPED KITCHEN AREA: sink, 2 induction plates, a mini oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker and capsules, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items,

BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, W-C.

LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 1 RAPIDO sofa 2 PERS (140), 2 bunk beds (80), television, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, wardrobe

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



Included services:

- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)

- 3 duvets and pillows

- Collective central heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)

L'appartement, spacieux, très bien équipé, belles décorations, jolie vaisselle, un canapé clic-clac ouvert en trois secondes chrono, un balcon plein soleil sur lequel on déjeune tous les jours avec une vue excetionnelle.

Appartement fontionnel et agréable, situé dans un des immeubles les plus en hauteur de la ville. L'avantage est la vue dégagée sur les montagnes En contrepartie un peu de marche et de côte pour aller chercher le pain le matin. Décoration un peu ancienne, lits confortables, frigo à changer au profit d'un frigo avec un vrai congélateur. Ville sympa, bon resto: La Cordée, chez Papaz, beaucoup de monde néanmoins cette semaine du 15 août 2020 comme un peu partout en France!

Son exposition plein sud et la vue sur la montagne. Les équipements (mini four, bouilloire....) Compliqué pour se garer. Manque de place de parking. Au moins avoir des places réservées pour les vacanciers de la résidence.
