Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.

If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.

The home is beautiful and well stocked. There are multiple games and activities for people of all ages. The property manager was very responsive and provided valuable advice for attractions and restaurants. The pool was exceptional; warm clean and well kept. The property is close to the Superstition Mountains and many hiking trails. We would recommend this property and plan to return!

Great Place To Stay

If you are looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, dining, groceries, etc, this is the place for you. The house is very clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The pool is a nice size and heated. The sunshade and umbrellas were much appreciated too. We will definately stay again!

Awesome property

We stayed here for seven days and had a blast. Our daughters enjoyed the foosball table and arcade games while we all enjoyed the pool and putting green. The house was very clean upon arrival and has everything you need for cooking. It is located in a great spot and is close to everything, especially SanTan Village. Owner is super responsive to any questions and highly recommend everyone to stay here.
