Birds Nest West is a masterfully designed resort-style 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single story home located within a vibrant and family-friendly neighborhood of Gilbert, AZ. The home and grounds offer a first-class environment that is designed for fun and relaxation. Our goal is simple... to provide the ultimate escape and experience for our guests and serve as a hub for all that the Phoenix area has to offer. Chill poolside, catch some rays and barbeque or enjoy the A/C indoors with a game of pool! Whatever your pleasure, be sure to end your day relaxing around the outdoor fire pit under the stars. Get up in the morning and do it all over again.

The Oasis (Backyard):
The backyard is designed for fun and entertainment. Check out the pictures to see the sparkling swimming pool (heating optional, inquire on cost in the winter months. (Cost is typically $50/day from October -April and $25/day during other months if requested. There is a 2-day minimum during winter/spring. Discounts available for stays of 5 nights or more. Built-in gas firepit and seating area, multiple lounge and dining areas, new astroturf surface for recreation (cornhole, ladder ball, etc.), barbeque and updated landscaping. At night the landscape lighting and poolside firepit set the ambiance for relaxation and fun. Our master planned community offers over 20 miles of paved trails and sidewalks and by request, guests have access to the multiple sport courts and equipment (basketball, pickleball, tennis). This house is not suitable for parties/events, as our home is located in a gated, quiet, residential area.

The Home:
The open floor plan is beautifully appointed with modern-day amenities and living spaces throughout that include multiple television viewing areas, a large open kitchen/living space with vaulted ceilings for entertaining and hanging out, a gourmet kitchen, a game room with billiards and gaming center, four large bedrooms with two and ½ updated bathrooms and so much more. The interior of this home is designed and furnished for the pleasure of our guests – people who are looking for the best of life in the valley of the sun, whether they choose to relax or have a blast.

The Great Room:
This home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen, a dining area and living room in one space that hosts the majority of the action in the home. A large sliding door from this space opens to the outdoor entertainment and pool area of the backyard.
o Living room: The huge u-shaped sectional couch seats 8+ comfortably and is ready for gaming, movies or your favorite sport in front of the 65” Samsung LED television and Polk Audio sound bar system. Cable entertainment and wifi is provided by Cox Cable. Most if not all expected cable channels are provided with guidance for leveraging your own streaming applications (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.).
o Kitchen: The Living Room is connected by a huge island for gathering. The kitchen includes new GE Cafe appliances (gas range, volume ice maker) and modern cabinets throughout.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have new mattresses and furniture, lush bedding, remote controlled ceiling fans and accessible electronic necessities (phone charging, alarm clocks, etc.).
o The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 55” Samsung television and a separate entrance to the pool area. The master bathroom is spacious and includes a large walk-in shower, soaker tub, dual vanities and walk in closet.
o Guest bedroom #1 includes a full king size mattress and sleeps two comfortably
o Guest bedroom #2 includes queen size mattress
o Guest bedroom #3 includes a full mattress and a twin mattress
Extra linens are available for all rooms
o GameRoom: Includes a full-size billiards table (pool table) a new 50” Samsung television ready for game console connection or watching TV.
o Bathrooms: The home includes 2 ½ modernly appointed bathrooms that include a large Master Bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second full bathroom also a full shower and tub combination.

Birds Nest West is located within a gated community just 4 miles from the great restaurants and entertainment of downtown Gilbert, AZ, 5 minutes to the 202 SanTan Freeway, less than 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and approximately 30 min from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
