Questa proprietà sarà pronta per l'incredibile apri di pesca di qualcuno e continuerà a offrire un divertimento senza fine per tutta l'estate. Attualmente è in fase di ristrutturazione completa. Tutto è stato progettato pensando ai nostri ospiti ... relax, divertimento, comfort, comodità e pulizia.

Un'aggiunta sul lago, a 50 piedi dalla riva, sarà probabilmente l'area di raccolta quando le persone non sono fuori sul lago, fuori dal fuoco o seduti sul ponte sul lago. Siamo entusiasti dell'inizio della memoria.

Lake Mary è un lago pulito con ottima pesca. Il proprietario, Mark, è un pescatore appassionato e fornirà volentieri alcuni consigli su richiesta. Bassi e sunnies sono garantiti. Anche i Walleye sono abbondanti.

La proprietà si trova su una baia. La profondità aumenta lentamente, rendendolo ideale per i giovani nuotatori o per il guadare. Il fondo è sabbioso e l'acqua è limpida. Avrai a disposizione 100 piedi di riva del lago e un molo di 200 piedi da utilizzare.

La proprietà si trova in un tranquillo quartiere di campagna. Si trova in un vicolo cieco e ha un campo aperto dietro di esso. C'è un grande cortile per giocare e un sacco di parcheggio.

Per gli amanti della natura: ammirate le albe mozzafiato sul lago, stupendo
tramonti sul retro e osservazione delle stelle di notte. Ci sono due nidi di aquila calva vicino alla proprietà. Il loro modello di volo è di fronte alla proprietà, quindi è probabile che avvistamenti giornalieri. Anche i lunatici vivono nella baia.

Se desideri fare una pausa dal lago, Alessandria, recentemente votata come la migliore città del Minnesota, è a soli 10 minuti di distanza. Le cose da fare e da vedere includono: affascinanti negozi locali (fornito un buono sconto), ristoranti unici e deliziosi, Copper Trail Brewery, Big Ole, Casey's Amusement Park e Central Lakes Trail

Hockey/Ice fishing weekend

We were in town for a mite jamboree and with the help of the owners we were able to get onto some panfish and walleye when we weren’t at the rink!

Great stay!

We stayed for a sister’s weekend in October. The place was a great fit for our needs. The owners were very responsive when we forgot toilet paper! They got the neighbors to bring us some at 9:00 at night! Lovely neighbors! Beautiful sunrise!

Fun family gathering

My family and I stayed there for a fun Labor Day weekend. The kids had a great time swimming, riding the paddle boards and kayaks, playing lawn games and sitting around the fire. The house was clean and exactly what we needed to house our extended family.

Everything We Hoped

Plenty of room for all 9 adults who stayed. Great communicative hosts! We had issues with our own personal boat motor and they were willing to rent us the pontoon last minute. The backyard provided plenty of room for all of us to sit around the bonfire and play corn hole in the afternoon. Lovely view and great fishing lake! Will stay again.

Fantastic

What a phenomenal week at the lake! Chris was a wonderful host. On Monday, we woke up to a very rainy day and we had an email with rainy day activities. After the rain, the dock needed to be raised due to the amount of rain. The hosts were out there right away to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Chris was very responsive. The Lake Home was well equipped with everything that we needed. Our family especially enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and pontoon. The fishing was great on Lake Mary, which is important to my family. My grandsons caught multiple fish off the dock, so they were very happy. I was concerned about the space because we had a large group. My fears were unfounded and we had plenty of space! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Vacation

We had a large group of adults and children stay here for a week. We thought it was able to accommodate our group without feeling on top of each other. There is a decent size yard in the front and the back and the water is easily accessible. The lake was nice and quiet. We liked being outside of Alexandria with it still being a short drive to get what we needed. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Family Fun!

The lake home was beautiful and located on a great fishing lake. Our family enjoyed fishing (both on the lake and off the dock), swimming, kayaking and biking. We enjoyed playing yard games, relaxing, and bonfires. Alexandria has a lot to offer with plenty of shopping, parks, bike trails and ice cream!

Peaceful lake stay

Plenty of room for our group. Everything we needed for our family to enjoy some time together on the lake. The kids had a ton of fun just playing on the dock and using the paddle boards. Just the view of the lake from the house was beautiful to enjoy. Owners were very helpful and accommodating! I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Grandma Time at the Lake

Very spacious and comfortable house. Loved using the pontoon for fishing and swimming. Hosts were very accommodating and communicated easily through texts. Particularly loved the sunrise over the lake. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation Spot

We would recommend this vacation spot to everyone! Beautiful cozy home next to a beautiful lake. Used the kayaks, paddle boats, and rented the pontoon!

Our stay

Overall we had a good time and the property was good. We especially enjoyed being able to rent the pontoon. It would have been nice to have a couch in sunroom overlooking the lake with dining table in dining area of kitchen. Furniture somewhat shabby in living room and cheap beds/ covers in bedrooms.

Mother-daughter trip

Three mothers and four daughters stayed to celebrate the girls’ college graduation and first professional jobs. We enjoyed using the paddle boards, pontoon, corn hole boards, and fire pit. The number of beds was great, but the bunk beds weren’t comfortable. We cooked most meals at the house and needed a larger pot for cooking pasta and some containers with lids for leftovers (bought some at the second hand store for the next renters). The list says to bring your own life jackets, but there are some already. We saw a bald eagle, gold finch, and hummingbird. We made many fun memories!

Lake Mary Cabin - Trip 3

Our kids and grandkids, myself and spouse had a fabulous stay. Great renovated home cabin! Very roomy, plenty of comfortable sleep space. Great scenery, clean lake! Loved option of boat rental at reasonable rate. We appreciate that we were able to book 3 nights instead of a full week which is hard to find up north.

A beautiful, relaxing weekend.

We loved the property at Chris' place. The house was great and easily fit the whole family. The shoreline is shallow for a ways out into the lake and made this a great place for everyone to play and float in the water. We loved the kayaks and paddleboats. A great weekend. Thanks Chris!

Another great stay!

It’s our second year of staying at this home with our friends and small children. It’s such a great location and the home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out- both indoors and out. We will be coming back again!

Nice Property

Enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were extremely responsive. Rented pontoon one day and enjoyed a day on the lake.

Great House for a Family Vacation

Alexandria is a great vacation destination, only 2 hours from the Twin Cities. Four bedrooms and two baths was great for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The house had an open kitchen/dining room to the LR. So even if it was raining, we could all be together in the same area. We loved renting the pontoon and the kayaks and paddleboards.

Host: Christine Kragenbring

Mark grew up in the city, but had a country heart at his core. His love for fishing drew us to 7523 Walleye Lane in 1994. People thought we were joking when we told them our address. Chris is a morning person and thoroughly appreciates the beautiful sunrises this location provides. We raised our 2 daughters here and many family memories revolve around being on the lake.

We have always had the philosophy that we are meant to share what we've been blessed with. When our neighbors began talking about selling their house (7539 Walleye Lane), we began dreaming of potential for the property. We hoped to provide a place for numerous people to make memories and create traditions. We knew the conversion would be a lot of work, but we decided to go for it. The Lake Mary Lake House awaits you.

We live right next door so if you need anything (restaurant or fishing advice to a cup of sugar), we are available. At the same time, you could spend your entire time here without meeting us if that's what you prefer. It's your vacation and we aim to please.
