Casa independiente de vacaciones en Villamartin, Orihuela Costa a 185 metros cuadrados con piscina, gran terraza privada con vistas al Campo de Golf de Villamartín y el mar Mediterráneo en el horizonte. Aquí usted está cerca de los mejores campos de golf de la Costa Blanca, como Campo de Golf Villamartín, Las Ramblas de Campoamor y Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.

En pocos minutos se llega a las hermosas playas de La Zenia, Cabo Roig o Aqua Marina. 2.6 km de distancia se encuentra Zenia Boulevard, que es uno de los centro comercial más grande del sur de Europa.

En la entrada será recibido por un amplio salón con entradas a los 3 dormitorios y una escalera abierta al piso de arriba o hacia abajo en el sótano. En dos de las habitaciones disponen de baño con ducha / bañera. En la sala también hay un aseo de invitados a la tercera habitación.

Una planta es un gran salón con techos altos que se conecta a la cocina, la sala de estar se compone de una mesa de comedor y una sala de estar con televisión y chimenea. Desde el salón se llega a un balcón con vistas a la piscina y también la gran terraza privada que se extiende hacia el campo de golf con maravillosas vistas al Campo de Golf Villamartín, y el mar Mediterráneo en el horizonte.

Desde la terraza se llega luego más hasta una terraza con sol todo el día con vistas en todas las direcciones. En el sótano hay otro dormitorio, una sala de estar y una sala de lavandería con lavadora.

Toda la casa tiene un nivel muy alto y es de mascotas y no fumar.

Lovely villa just as expected, we have stayed in this area before and this villa did not disappoint. Lovely pool very quiet area well kept. Good communication with owner and cleaner. Clear instructions and very friendly. Would definitely return. Thank you so much.

Great Location - need a car

Thanks for having us in your very nice property, We very much enjoyed the experience. Kindly note as a guest advice, the house would need a deep clean as it seems maybe it had not been occupied for a while when we arrived. Also an advice to maybe upgrade the mattresses.

Super villa located in a great spot overlooking Villamartín golf course. Close to the Dialprix supermarket (10 minute walk) and approx 20 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza (across the golf course). The property is located on 3 levels and is tastefully decorated throughout. The aircon was very efficient and welcomed as we arrived at the tail end of a heatwave! A lovely veranda and seating overlooks the 14th hole and we enjoyed several meals including making use of the bbq. We made use of the subbeds and pool area outside the villa on several days during our stay aswell as taking trips to the local beaches. We know the area well and this was a great opportunity to explore this side of Villamartin where we found a couple of fab restaurants we’d not been to before. We had clear and concise communication with the villa host prior to our arrival and also with the villa manager during our stay, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nicely sized property in this area.

The property needs a fair bit of maintenance doing. We also would have liked to know that several properties in the complex (including neighbours) are squatters. Due to misuse by the squatters of the pool we were not able to use the pool for 3 days, although the property manager tried to do everything she could do rectify the problems. A.

Villa is located in a lovely quiet area with a stunning view over the golf course. However, the villa was NOT clean by any standards. We had to clean and bleach the villa before being able to stay. The basement was extremely dirty with bugs on the floor, an extremely strong smell of damp and the light fitting was full of bugs. Charging 160 as a cleaning charge is a joke as we left it cleaner than when we arrived The pool area is picturesque with 2 pools for 6 villas but this was ruined by the large amount of dog faeces everywhere. The next door neighbours appeared to be squatters which also made us feel uncomfortable and their dogs were roaming around the pool, also not ideal. Access to one of the balconies was blocked as the housekeeper told us that previous occupants had broken the lock . This should have been fixed. It was obvious that there hadn’t been any other occupants in recent times.

BRILLIANT VILLA

The Villa was easy to find. Although Carlie was unable to meet us she kept in touch to see if everything was ok. What a villa, the setting was amazing, the beautiful large terrace with lots of seating that overlooked Villamartin Golf Course. A very quiet area, no-one was ever by the pool. Lots of space inside the villa with everything that anyone could want and need. We loved our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Lovely clean, spacious villa

Our whole stay was extremely pleasant. The villa is in a beautiful tidy little village next to a golf course, 10 min drive from the beach. However, it is best to have a car if you are staying there. We went at the beginning of January and it was very quiet and relaxing, with most of the villas near us empty, but there was always someone playing golf so it didn’t feel eerily empty. The villa comprises of: Basement - bedroom and living area (with a table tennis table). Not much light down there so we chose not to use that bedroom (although it might be nice and cool during the hottest days of summer). Ground floor - 3 nice bedrooms First floor - kitchen, lovely living room with fireplace (would just recommend better lighting in there as it is quite dim) and two great balconies. There is also a third balcony secluded on the roof which is perfect for sunbathing in private. As soon as we arrived we were greated and shown around and the owner had left a very thorough manual about the house and the area. We had an amazing stay in a pretty area and would definitely stay in the same villa again. Thanks so much!!

God funktionel bolig, god indretning med hvad der er behov for at have en dejlig ferie. Fin service både af udlejer og serviceassistenten. Rolig beliggenhed med dejlige udenoms områder, golfbaner og tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi har haft en dejlig juleferie med hele familien, alt virkede som det skulle.

Lovely and relaxing

Enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks in the villa. peaceful and quiet with amazing golf course views. had the pool to ourselves as no-one else was in the neighbouring villas. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Large Villa

Spent Easter Weekend in this lovely Villa, plenty of space and lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves. Good location close to Los Dolses and only 15 min walk to Villamartin Plaza. Would definitely stay there again

Bekvämt och vackert hus

Vi hade en underbar vecka i huset. Bor bekvämt med sköna sängar och gott om plats med alla sovrum. Nära till flera golfbanor som absolut ska upplevas om man är golfare. Nära till det mesta och en förvånansvärt välsorterad närbutik i närheten med mycket god mat för grillkvällar ute på terassen. Vi hade en toppenvecka och kommer komma tillbaka.
