Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Saint-François, in Guadeloupe, Archipel Maïmeo comprises 2 charming villas, each for 4 to 6 persons.

Spacious, each villa comprises individual pool and terrace and is fully equipped with:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms
- bedroom #1 with 1 king-size bed, 2 closets and 1 TV
- bedroom #2 with 2 single beds, 1 dresser and 1 convertible sofa
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dish-washer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and a complete kit of dishware
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, closets and hair dryer
- 1 separated toilet
- household linen free of charge (bed sheets, bath and kitchen towels, bath and bed mats)
- 1 covered and fully equipped terrace with table and chairs, 4 sun loungers, 2 outdoor sofas, hammock
- 1 individual pool
- Internet access and WI-FI

Upon request, we can supply baby equipment, free of charge : baby bed, baby bath, highchair …

Let’s work together for the environment; at Archipel Maïmeo, we separate waste into different categories (plastics, glass…), solar panel heat water and two rainwater tanks (one for each villa) prevent water service interruption.

logement parfait surtout en famille!

Les enfants ont adoré ! la piscine surtout ;-) le logement est situé dans un endroit assez calme ! pas loin de carrefour et du centre de saint françois ! le propriétaire est joignable et réactif !

Wow... tout comme sur les photos

Tout est identique comme montré sur les photos. La cour est splendide. Emplacement idéal. Près des services, marchés, restaurant et plage. Très bonne organisation de Marine , tout était très clairs pour notre arrivée. Merci Marine

Reservation facile, accueil sympathique, Marine, notre hôte, a été attentive à nos besoins et a surenchéri au delà de nos attentes! Les lits sont confortables, la clim fonctionne super bien, et la piscine nous a offert de beaux moments au retour de la plage. La maison est tres bien située à distance de marche d'un gros epicerie, boulangerie etc. Vraiment, on ne pouvait tomber mieux. Une voiture est requise.

Calme et bien équipée

Maison très propre et bien équipée ( tout petit bémol sur un vrai four ? mais micro onde grill tout de même ), au calme dans une impasse, la petite piscine est très agréable. A proximité de nombreux commerces, St François est plus calme que sa voisine Ste Anne et possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.

Nous avons en effet opté pour le choix des vacanciers à savoir plutôt un BBQ et du coup avons privilégié le grill pour le micro onde, ce qui nous permet d avoir également lave vaisselle et machine à laver Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau Tropicalement 🌴 Marine 🌺

La communication est parfaite, réponse très rapide meme en cas de souci. Le coffret d’accueil est vraiment pratique et sympathique. La maison est bien pour une petite famille, la piscine est nickel. La situation est bien, juste aux abords de St François. Bref je recommande !

Je garde de ce séjour une tres bonne impression l emplacement est idéal car il y a des commerces a 2 minutes et en même temps il y fait bon vivre car les environs sont calmes et appaisants . Tout la villa est vraiment tres bien pense et on y manque de rien . La propriétaire Marine est tres bien organise donc toutes les étapes se deroulent super rapidement et facilement
