Two bedroom Roof Top Casita , Zihuatanejo, Mexico

Lovely Mexican decorated 2 bedroom apartment located by the Playa La Madera (beach) in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.This is a roof top casita on the third floor. It is located on the most desirable street at the beach The bedrooms are air conditioned and the dining/living area and kitchen are all open air with views of the town and the ocean....there is a walkway down to the beach within a quarter of a block (all properties have stairs to the beach) ....

There are two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area.....the dining table seats 4 comfortably and there are other sitting areas. A unique place to stay at the beach!

We are located very near the PICKLE BALL court. In fact you can see it from the unit....and it is within walking distance.

This rental is available to children twelve (12) years and older. Due tom the high elevation and openess of the railings, it is not good for younger children. .
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great casita in the perfect location.

Well equipped kitchen. Also includes beach chairs and umbrellas. All concerns handled quickly. Had to ask for additional cleaning and is was dealt with efficiently. Beds very comfortable. A/C worked great. Nice open air space for a lovely breeze to keep it cool. Good shower pressure. Main bedroom very quiet - second bedroom noisy.

So, I have been doing this for a long time and we take great pride in offering great rentals for guests who want to have a stay in Mexico.

I bought thisproperty because of its great location and because it is a really nice building and a beach property.....it is a property that guests will enjoyn staying at while visitn the beach in Mexico.

What makes this property unique

Located on the most desirable street at Playa Madera, Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Only a short walk down the steps to the beach. The beach has a wonderfal walkway that is also lighted at night and there is a fisherman's pier at one end of the beach. The beach is a bay so the water is always warm and the waves are on the small side. A beautiful place!
