Cap Ferret peninsula and ocean beaches - Wooden terrace - Beach 2 km

This small duplex house of 28 m² is composed :

- on the ground floor, a living room with a 3-seater sofa bed, a wall-mounted TV and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker,

- a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, built-in microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, mixer, beater, kitchen scales, raclette machine for two, crockery and kitchen utensils...),

- a bathroom with a corner washbasin with a mirror, a shower and a toilet,

- on the mezzanine floor, an open bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an internet television (Orange TV service with replay) and a Blu-Ray DVD player,

- a beautiful private terrace (south-west facing), without opposite and in a quiet area (30 m²).

In order to take advantage of this space, we provide a table with 4 garden chairs, 2 deckchairs, 2 shade sails, a bicycle rack and a top of the range Weber charcoal barbecue with accessories. This terrace is fitted out in the spirit of the Cap Ferret hut.

- all the equipment necessary for the maintenance of the accommodation (cordless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, cleaning products...),

- a small lockable surf shelter with a washing machine and storage space for a bicycle and your beach gear, etc...,

- a free parking space in the street.

The accommodation is semi-detached, but it is totally quiet, independent and private. It is located in the alley of a residential area.

The house is ideally equipped for a couple or possibly a family (two adults with a young child or a baby).

You will benefit from a permanent wi-fi access.


A little extra :

- an adult bicycle, with a basket for your shopping, will be provided free of charge during your stay. Please note that you will be responsible for repairs in case of breakage during use, so that subsequent guests can benefit from a bike in working order. You are also responsible for any theft if you do not use the anti-theft device provided.

- a cot with mattress, a baby high chair, baby dishes, baby linen on request.

- basic products provided to facilitate the beginning of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper, sugar, honey, tea, herbal tea, Nespresso pods, basic groceries... We will ask you to replace everything that will be consumed during your stay so that the following tenants can find the same groceries as when you arrived.

- A small welcome basket.

- board games, children's books, novels are available to enhance your stay.

Please note:
> The fees charged include: cleaning at the end of your stay and the provision of sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, a bath mat and tea towels for your entire stay.

Accommodation ideally suited for 2 adults alone or possibly with 1 young child or 1 baby.

Secure key box for independent entry/exit.

The months of July and August are exclusively reserved for the week. Arrival and departure on Sundays.

For all reservations, we will ask you to send us a copy of your rental liability certificate by e-mail before your arrival.

We ask you to water the plants in the garden during your stay, otherwise they may not survive.
