About this property

FOURAS villa facing the sea, for 2 to 8 travelers

For a breakfast by the water with family or friends, we welcome you to our charming seaside house.
In Fouras-Les-Bains, a family seaside resort, everything can be done on foot. Discover its 5 beaches, its market and its fish market, its casino, ... Want a day on the island of Aix towards the pier at Pointe de la Fumée.

The house is classified 3 * furnished for tourism by Charente Maritime Tourisme. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 travelers with 8 real and good beds, divided into 4 bedrooms.
Outside: a friendly terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and gas plancha with a view of Madame and Oléron Island. A second terrace with garden furniture at the back of the house. Possibility to park 2 to 3 cars in the courtyard.
Interior:
- On the ground floor: living room, living room and fully equipped open kitchen. One bedroom with 1 double bed. A bathroom / wc.
- Upstairs: a sea view bedroom with 2 single beds; two bedrooms with queen-size bed, one of which has a sea view balcony. Bathroom. Separate WC.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, ... Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, WIFI. Washing machine. Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot, bathtub. Books and games.

We have deliberately set a BASE overnight price so that everyone can take advantage of our house according to their timetable and budget. For this you will need:
- clean up when you leave. Cleaning products are available on site.
- bring your fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. The dimensions of the bedding and accessories can be found in the house manual. We provide duvets, pillows and bolsters.

To save time and logistics, we offer optional (to reserve during our 1st telephone interview)
- the end of stay cleaning option for 100 euros.
- the bed linen option: 20 euros per set (fitted sheet, duvet cover, bolster and pillowcases).

IN ALL CASES, PLEASE BRING YOUR TOWELS AND TOWELS.

- Gate and common passage only with the owners who are not systematically there. Owners' house behind the house.
- If the owners are present, it is possible to come across Félix. Black and white house cat.

Stunning property overlooking the sea

We stayed at this property while touring the area by motorcycle from the UK, as a group of four friends. It was perfect for our needs. We were able to securely park our bikes at the back of the property, with lockable gates providing added peace of mind.The house itself is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The standout feature is the stunning sea view, which can be enjoyed from both the balcony and the front decking—perfect spots to relax after a day of riding.Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location. We’d gladly return in the future.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aussicht: Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang direkt von der Terrasse aus genießen – ein echtes Highlight!Das WLAN war stabil.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, und der Grill funktioniert einwandfrei – perfekt für laue Sommerabende mit selbstgemachtem Essen.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse waren leider ungepflegt und hätten etwas Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Das hat den Gesamteindruck zwar nicht stark getrübt, aber mit ein bisschen Pflege wäre das Erlebnis rundum perfekt gewesen.Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. Le ménage laissait un peu à désirer à l'arrivée (poussière très présente sous les meubles) et l'équipement de cuisine mériterait d'être renouvelé (poêles très collantes et difficiles à nettoyer). Le propriétaire était très sympathique mais il faudrait mentionner dans l'annonce qu'il passe dans la propriété pour entrer et sortir. Ce n'était mentionné nul part et nous avons trouvé cela très étonnant, je n'avais pour ma part jamais eu ce cas de figure dans une location. L'emplacement est très bien et très calme.

Chère Angela, je fais suite à votre avis et j'en prends note. Je demanderai à mon service de conciergerie d'être plus attentive à la poussière sous les meubles . L'information concernant les poêles va me permettre de les changer. Désolé de vous avoir créer un inconfort durant votre séjour, mais vous auriez été plus attentive lors de la réservation , vous auriez lu : " - Portail et passage commun uniquement avec les propriétaires qui ne sont pas là systématiquement. Maisonnette des propriétaires derrière la maison. - Si présence des propriétaires, il est possible de croiser Félix . Chat de la maison noir et blanc. " Merci pour votre appréciation globale

localisation idéale près de la plage

Nous aimons la tranquillité avec nos 4 enfants adultes: Nous avons pu à la fois profiter de la proximité de la plage, des magasins du bourg tout en profitant d'une maison indépendante, bien organisée,navec vue sur mer. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Rien n'a manqué. La terrasse est un rêve, tout comme la magnifique chambre à coucher avec balcon. Bonjour, Bien qu'elle soit située à 20 minutes à pieds de la plage centrale et du centre-ville de Fouras, la vue sur l'océan rend cette petite maison très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Cependant, la canicule de cet été n'a pas vraiment permis de se sentir complètement bien. Malgré d'aérer la maison matin et soir, il a fait jusqu'à 29 degrés en bas... et le haut, un vrai. Peut-être qu'une petite climatisation au rez-de-chaussée pourrait améliorer les conditions de vie par forte chaleur. Mais globalement, l'endroit est plaisant et la maison très bien.

Maison confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la terrasse face à la mer d'où nous avons pu admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil tous les soirs. Le seul point négatif est la taille de la porte de douche de la sdb du rdc (37 cm seulement). Il serait souhaitable de le signaler dans l'annonce afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben zu acht zwei schöne Wochen in Frédérics Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Er hatte sich sogar darum gekümmert, dass wir deutsches Fernsehen empfangen können. Einzig das untere Bad ist sehr schmal und beengt. Toll ist auch, dass es zwei Terrassen gibt, die man je nach Sonne und Wind nutzen kann. Strände sind in der Nähe (einer ist direkt am Haus) und auch das Zentrum von Fouras mit Markt und zahlreichen Geschäften ist innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Merci Frédéric!
