Angel Hill House is a weekly rental run on Cooperstown Dreams Park New Schedule for the 2026 season.
Cooperstown Induction weekend only!!!
7/24, 7/25and 7/26 is a three night minimum stay

the rest of the season is weekly 6 day scheduled weeks for Dreams Park families

A little piece of heaven. Angel Hill House is a private 1/2 house rental centrally located in the leather stocking region of Upstate New York. All the major attractions in our area are close by. Cooperstown 7 miles, Richfield Springs 10 miles,Cooperstown dreams park 11 m,All star village 15m .
property offers rolling mountains, beautiful landscapes and peaceful surroundings to relax and get away from it all.There is a covered porch, deck, patio, balcony, and plenty of private land to lounge have cookouts or just take in the great outdoors.
Our rental is fully equipped and updated for your convenience and comfort with plenty of parking.We take pride in having fresh linens, super clean, cozy accommodations for an enjoyable stay.
The main entrance is off the covered porch which enters into the fully equipped eat in kitchen, brand new stacked W/ D, stove,microwave,sink area, and frig. Walk into a cozy living space from kitchen.with built in couch ,futon couch, air, Smart T.V. Doors to deck area. Stair case leads to the 2nd level hall w/ closet. Master Bedroom offers, Qu bd, ac/heat, Wifi T.V., full bath with stand up shower and balcony. 2nd bedroom offers full bd, wifi tv, ac/heat unit, full bath with standup shower, and balcony .3rd Sm bedroom with twin bed off 2nd bedroom bath.
Wi Fi through out the rental.
Due to the bathroom being on the second floor this property is not considered handicap accessible . I stay on the premises at times, but your rental is seperate and private, nothing shared. I want all my guests to make themselves feel right at home and I am just a text away if needed anytime. Your business is very much appreciated and I do look forward to your stay at Angel Hill House Retreat.

We stayed for our son's Cooperstown tournament. It was about 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park and had great space for us. The owner was very responsive and the house was clean. We had a good experience!

Check-in was seamless! Holly was fantastic and very welcoming & responsive! The place was very clean, beautiful gardens just like the description! Only recommendation would be to add some kitchen amenities (cookie sheet, more silverware, etc.) and supplies (extra toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.). Overall would highly recommend!!

Cooperstown Stay

The house was beautiful and in a peaceful setting. We stayed on one side of the house. Check in was easy and the owner was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a little drive to Cooperstown fields but well worth it. Everything was provided and there was a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cooperstown Dreams Park Trip

Absolutely beautiful home and area. Fell in love with Upstate NY just sitting outside and enjoying the view. Drive to CDP was easy and direct. Holly is the sweetest host! If we’re ever lucky enough to be up that way again, the first place I will look to stay is here! Beds were comfy, the AC kept it cool and it was spotless. Holly even had some fantastic restaurant recommendations for us. Thank you, Holly, for making this trip of a lifetime even better!

Property was clean and beautiful. We sit outside every night we were there and just listened to the animals and watched the stars. Close to Cooperstown Dream Park and was easy to get to.

Holly is a phenomenal host and our family really enjoyed our stay. The drive to Cooperstown and the Dreams Park is very direct. The yard and balcony is very relaxing and the kids still can’t believe how many stars come out at night!

Calm and relaxing

The only downside is that I needed to leave one day early for personal reasons. The house is quiet, if you enjoy reading and like time away from the hustle then this is place. On my list to visit again.

Cooperstown Stay

My family and I recently stayed here for a week because my son was playing at Cooperstown. Everything about our stay and trip were absolutely perfect! Holly, the home’s owner, is there for everything you could possibly need during your stay and couldn’t be more precious. She made sure to be available for anything we needed and checked on us almost immediately when arriving just to let us know she was there if we should need her or anything for the house. The location of the home is so beautifully secluded, but at the same time a very short distance to Cooperstown Dreamspark. The house itself is gorgeous and was the perfect size for the 4 of us. But it could sleep more than that. It was so very clean upon our arrival which is definitely important. And it’s very apparent with every detail how well the home is taken care of. It was exactly as stated on the app. The pictures just don’t do it justice. The house and outside landscape surrounding the house is just absolutely breathtaking and so well maintained. We had the best time on our visit to Cooperstown. If we should ever make our way back up there, we definitely will be staying at 290 Angel Hill Road again! Best trip! Thanks so much Holly!

Great stay

Reading the description I was under the assumption I was renting a house. I actually had a three bedroom apartment with in a house. I did have full private access to the backyard. It was an easy drive to Cooperstown Dreamspark and Cooperstown village. Holly was amazing and answered any questions I had before I arrived and while I was staying there. Great place to stay with you family.

Amazing place to stay!

The house was well equipped very comfortable all the rooms had air-conditioning and only 15 minutes from downtown Cooperstown ideal location. The owner checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience.

Holly was raised in this house by her grandmother, after her grandmother passed we elected to purchase the house and move our family from Florida to Upstate New York. We converted the house from a 19th century Hops farm house to a wonderful property to raise our children in. Along the way we decided to create a Bed and Breakfast on one end of the house, after 5 years we changed to a weekly rentals to accomadate mostly baseball families due to the great demand for rentals. We love our home and wanted to share its picturesque quality with others.
