Situado en la bebida Trail Cooperstown, Farview Acres ofrece un entorno privado con vistas panorámicas del valle de Butternut. Nuestra casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños, cocina totalmente equipada, chimenea, sala de bonificación en el sótano, parrilla de gas y mesa de picnic. Desde la cubierta mirador cubierto disfrutar de impresionantes vistas y la vida silvestre. Recoger arándanos en derecho agosto en la propiedad o visite el curso Cervecería y campo de golf en la ciudad. A tan sólo 18 millas de tanto Dreams Park y All Star Village, un viaje en el país a corto y natación en Gilbert Lake State Park o Cooperstown, donde se puede visitar el Salón de la fama, Fenimore Arte y Museos de agricultores, dar un paseo en barco por el hermoso lago Otsego o simplemente dar un paseo por el pueblo estadounidense por excelencia.

Charming & Peaceful

Owners were wonderful & very accommodating. Front porch & property are so peaceful and inviting. Interior was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. (We travel a lot and hate when we plan to cook at the house but need to bring or purchase a pan or cooking utensils) This house had everything we needed!

Hilltop Tranquillity

Not only did we love the peaceful, picturesque property, but the drive to and from the ballpark was amazing. Old barns, historical cemeteries and crop rows against the backdrop of rolling hills served up a new delight on each trip. An afternoon visit to the front porch rocker was “relaxation perfection” as we were entertained by graceful deer, jumping rabbits and a proud mama turkey showing off her brood. You’ll be sorry if you miss this one!

Peaceful

Great peaceful stay with great views. Traveling from Boston to New York City this was great relaxing break in between cities. Felt like home and only 20minutes to cooperstown. This place had all extra supplies you would need and we even was able to grill some steaks on grill with spectacular views.

A view to die for…

The views are breathtaking. The home warm and cozy. It was lovely waking up to the sunrise against the changing leaves in the fall. The main room and kitchen feel like an extension of the front porch. It really doesn’t get much better than this if you appreciate nature.

Comfortable and Clean Country Home in Beautiful Setting

This place felt like home. We slept well and enjoyed the common areas also. The view from the deck is so pretty. My family agreed that this is one of our favorite vrbo rentals ever.

Great house with a great view

I brought my son with me to go to Cooperstown and our stay was so nice and relaxing we didnt want to leave. The property is in the hills with Cooperstown about 15 minutes away. Ostego lake and Glimmerglass state park are neaby as well. If you like peace and quiet thos is the place to go.

Relaxing

My family and I had a wonderful stay at George and Vinora’s beautiful home🏡. The accommodation were cozy and relaxing. They provided everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable. We let our hosts know we were arriving very late (2am) and they were kind and thoughtful to have essentials necessary for breakfast. We appreciate their effort in making this happen🙏. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and saw deer and bunnies during our stay. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit in the future. 😊

Tranquility In Nature

The rental property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, situated on a picturesque piece of land. The abundant wildlife and breathtaking scenic views were truly remarkable. The location offered convenient access to the All Star Village baseball fields, providing ample opportunities to observe the diverse wildlife and enjoy the stunning vistas during the 25 minute drive. Although the weather was warmer than anticipated, it still provided a welcome respite from the Florida climate. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the owners' meticulous attention to cleanliness and country charm detail.

Away from the hustle and bustle!

The property was just as it was listed. . Vinora and George were friendly and quick to respond to any correspondences. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet with no other houses in sight. Looking out you just see open fields and woods. We were able to see quite a bit of wildlife during our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle, but it was only an easy 20 to 25 minute drive into Cooperstown.

Quaint and Welcoming

Secluded house in the mountains. Be ready for peace and quiet. Comes with all the conveniences of home. Stayed there to watch our grandson play baseball. It's nicely located between Cooperstown All-Star and Dream Parks.

Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

Enjoyed the quiet secluded environment. Beautiful acreage property. It was about 25 minutes from the baseball all star village and perfect distance between the tournament and Cooperstown. There is plenty of space for kids to run around. Property was very clean, wifi works well, the cell service is spotty, but seems ver normal for the Mohawk Valley

Fairview Acres

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairview Acres! George and Vinora are lovely people and very accomodating. The house was awesome and had everything you could possibly need...except a washer and dryer, which would be my only suggestion. The grounds were gorgeous and we loved rocking in the porch chairs enjoying the mountain views. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to visit again in 2028 when my younger grandson plays in Cooperstown!!
