This high quality spacious villa is outstanding in so many aspects. Situated high on the hillside with views of Vale de Parra to the coast, a large heatable pool with terraces, set in a lovely lawned and terraced garden, in a peaceful area at the end of a cul-de -sac, all bedrooms are en-suite, with WiFi.
All the accommodation is on the one level:
Entrance hallway leading to the spacious lounge , with 3 pairs of patio doors leading out to the poolside terraces, TV with MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard)
Spacious fully fitted and well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, with door leading out directly to the beautiful covered dining terrace for al fresco dining. Dishwasher, electric oven & ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
Utility room with washing machine. WC/cloakroom.
Bedroom 1 : Queen bedroom with patio door and lovely views, and en suite bathroom (with shower inside the bath)
Bedroom 2 : Twin bedroom with en suite shower room
Bedroom 3 : Twin bedroom with patio door and en suite shower room4
Bedroom 4 : Queen bedroom with en suite shower room (this bedroom has space for an additional Z bed for a child)
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned (for cooling & heating), and the complete villa has the convenience of electrically operated shutters.
BAGGAGE SAVING : Pool towels are provided (1 per person for duration of stay) and hairdryers.
The beautiful mosaic tiled swimming pool has Roman steps and is heatable (this is available as an optional extra) There are sunloungers and a childrens playhouse on the lawn, and a BBQ on the terrace.
The villa has a safe, a security alarm system, and electric gates.

Fantastic Villa and Great Location

We liked the Villa, The Outside Space, Pool and location It was the best Villa we have stayed in :-) The owner and his wife are great as are the staff at Principal. Thankyou Karine, Florence, Anna and Jennifer Perhaps a cool box would be a good idea and the bed in bedroom 4 was a bit to firm

Tranquil and relaxing Villa

A single story villa set on a large peaceful plot with good pool, garden and large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a large kitchen with excellent appliances. The beds were very firm to sleep on. A padded mattress protector would give them a little more cushioning.

All bedrooms en suite, big kitchen, amazing pool and very spacious gardens. Table tennis table great and good bbq. Outside furniture needs updating. Softer seating outside for an evening drink. Small Welcome pack would have been lovely, milk, bread and water.

Excellent villa!! All the family enjoyed!!

The whole family had an excellent holiday in this villa. The villa is brand new, in a quiet location and is lovely both inside and out. There is great outside space and the pool was fantastic, The lights outside are automated which invite to have great times on the terrace when the night comes. The facilities and finish are first rate. There is a supermarket is within 10 min walking and the beach is 10 min drive away. Galé beach is very nice with good restaurants which are open until late. Instructions and communication are perfect. Thank you for this special holiday, we hope to come back soon.

Paradise Found

A beautiful clean modern villa, 4 bedrooms all en-suite and a spare wc in the hall way. The heated pool was the cleanest I have ever seen with its infinity edge finish it never needed topping up with the garden hose and being floodlit we could swim every night till late. The well equipped kitchen and utility room were brilliant along with the back door direct to the pool and out door dinning area made it fun for all 7 of us to eat drink and swim without dripping on the lounge floor. We did need the hire cars as this villa is a long up hill walk from the main road, and the 3 local super markets were very well stocked with English items. The double glazing and electric shutters made it so quiet and dark you could sleep really well, relax and unwind. We will return!

Brand new Vila

I have stay in numerous 5 star hotels and Villas around the world. This is a brand new Vila supplied with excellent service by the rental agent. As this was a new Vila and we where only the 3rd guest's to stay the beds where very hard and not comfortable. Maybe we where the only persons to use this bed in the last bedroom. The grounds are excellent nice and quiet. This property can only get better. The kitchen was equipped with everything that is needed. the property could benefit from more soft furnishings, rugs or acoustic deadening boards/pictures, as the acoustics are very audible from the lounge to the furthest bedroom. I would stay again or consider buying this property.

Die Villa liegt am Ende der Straße und es ist ruhig und zum Entspannen gerade richtig. Freundliches Reinigungspersonal, ebenso der Poolboy und alle Infos zum Haus sind korrekt. Tolle Anlage mit schönem Pool und Außengrill. Gerne wieder über diese Agentur.

Tranquil must-stay location

We stayed a good week in the villa. We are a family of five, with children aging 13, 10 and 8. This is one of the loveliest, cleanest and most tranquil villas we’ve ever stayed in. The villa is squeaky clean as is the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and each feature showers. There is lots if space around the villa, so children can play freely. And let’s not forget about the ping pong table. It’s but a small feature but we had many family competitions going on! All in all, this is a 5-star property we could recommend easily to everyone. The only little blemish is the WiFi. It’s not strong enough to allow for film streaming. This does not affect our overall rating but a less than 5-star WiFi in a 5-star property with generally 5-star amenities is a bit of an outlier. Other than that, nothing but good memories. Worth every penny.

Wonderful

The local centre and the people there are very generous and kind, indeed very good service. Regarding the house, it’s one of the best we ever had. The pictures in the ad are so nice, that we were worried it wasn’t real. But we experienced that the pictures didn’t lie. We are so glad we chose this house. Would like to return here another year.

Stunning villa in a fantastic peaceful location

We've stayed in many villas in this area - this is one of the best! All on one level, it's perfect for young families or for those with mobility issues. It's very private with stunning views. Perfect for the Galé area which has fantastic restaurants (O Marinheiro and Sâo Domingos are two you really shouldn't miss!) and the convenience of Algarve shopping (Continente for a big shop) plus Apolonia (for luxuries and ex pat must haves) nearby. Finally, the management company are local and fantastic.

A gorgeous villa for the perfect escape

Writing a review for this villa is a tough job: on one hand I would rather keep it a secret (it is so wonderful that I would prefer to keep a secret for myself) whilst on the other hand it deserves to be celebrated. Spacious, airy, clean, comfortable, superbly located for privacy and a quiet & peaceful time - all these descriptions apply. Add to that the great service and communication from the rental agency (locally and in the UK) and our stay in Portugal could not have been better. As a family of five (with 3 children) this was a perfect place for us - we hardly left the villa and the pool. Amenities such as beaches, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are only a short drive away making this a gorgeous villa for the perfect escape.

A lovely modern villa

This is a great modern villa, very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The outside space is lovely with a beautiful pool. It is peaceful, but not isolated and just a short drive to all the amenities. We will happily stay here again.
