This beach view home is a great vacation spot for a family getaway. Features new amenities which will make your stay comfortable while soaking up beach vibes. Feel the ocean breezes from the 2 balconies or the screened porch, and watch the ocean waves from the upper master bedroom balcony. With 4 bedrooms/3 full baths, 10 - 12 people can stay comfortably. A fully- stocked and roomy kitchen provide for fun group meals after a day on the beach. Full-sized washer and dryer units. Pool in the back.

Lots of amenities provided. Quiet neighbors, close walk to beach. Definitely recommend, accommodating for large groups.

Absolutely favorite place! Gratia responded quickly just letting her know about broken shelf in the fridge and normal wear and tear on furniture. Their home was beautiful, in a quiet family neighborhood and truly a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again if avaliable.

Great property with lots of room

We were able to have a nice family Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room and well stocked. Host was very responsive to any issues. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Week stay

Gratia was a lovely and communicative host, and the house was just like the picture (except possibly even prettier!). We had a wonderful time exploring North Myrtle Beach and relaxing at the beach. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and I so appreciate the hospitality, cleanliness, and kindness of the owner!

I really enjoyed my stay. There were 8 of us (5 adults) and 4 children and there were plenty of space. The children enjoyed going to the pool everyday and walking to the beach which is a short walk across the street. There were ample cook ware to cook home cook meals which we did every morning and evening. The house is close to grocery and shopping stores. There is always something to do.

Amazing home with lots of space

House was easy to find in very quiet area. Right between the beach and shopping/restaurants. I appreciated the the books, boardgames, access to multiple TVs and streaming apps. Many ways to entertain a visiting family.

Golf Get Away

Property offered sufficient rooms and amenities for our foursome of golfers. It was conveniently located for our golf course selections. Host was easy to work with and the process of securing and use of the property was simplistic enough to manage for our group. We would stay again. Thanks

Amazing

We LOVED our stay no one wanted to leave! From start to finish Gratia was amazing to work with answering all my many questions! The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas so we didn’t feel like we were missing anything by being away from home for the first time during the holidays. The kitchen had everything we needed from seasonings to utensils! Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and we were only a few mins walk to the beach! We had no complaints and will definitely try to stay again in the future!

Good location, but not clean

Everything would have been great except that the place was not clean, wet laundry was left hanging out of the dryer. Several cracked or broken cabinets, stairs, and fruit flies in the house due to dirty garbage can

Thank you so much for letting us know. When you told us about the issues with the trash and laundry, we did offer to have the cleaning crew come up and make it right. We do not want you to be uncomfortable with your stay. You did mention the trim on one of the outside stair tread being broken - the handyman was told prior to your visit and will be there this week. You did not mention any broken cabinets or send any pictures - when we inspected the house after you left, we did not see anything broken or cracked. We do appreciate you staying and hope that you enjoyed your stay at the beach!

Awesome Vacation

The unit was perfect! Decor was very welcoming and location was great. The fact that we could pull both vehicles under our unit to park was great so we didn’t have to worry about getting into a hot car. The host was very responsive on all questions and even checked in on us halfway thru our stay just to make sure things were going well. We got in the pool the first evening just for a refreshing dip but otherwise we were on the beach so we didn’t really use the pool. We were able to wash beach towels daily at the house so that was a big help. Kitchen had everything we needed for the little bit of cooking we did. Beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Cozy and cute!

We rented this property for a short birthday weekend trip for my little brother. House was clean and cozy and plenty spacious for our family! Gratia was helpful enough to send us a list of recommendations for food and activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
