Great stay

My family (1 grandmother, 2 parents, 2 under 10) had a great stay in Kalabaka at Petros’s home. It was clean, well-appointed, and close to everything. Petros provided helpful recommendations and thoughtful touches. We loved our visit!

Stayed here for a climbing trip and really enjoyed the whole trip. The house was very nice, spacious, and well kept. Easy to walk into town for a night out or food. If I ever make it back to Meteora again in the future then will be certain to stay here again.

Wish we could've stayed longer!

Lovely home in a beautiful town. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Two living room areas for relaxing. The kids loved the ping pong table! The adults loved relaxing on the balconies with a glass of wine. Excellent helpful communication with host - thank you!!

Visit to the monasteries

This beautiful house is located at the base of the Meteora Monasteries. The house is spacious and impeccable. There are a number of restaurants located within walking distance. The house offers parking as a car is needed to enjoy the area

Great house in Meteora

Very nice house. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Close to all Meteora monasteries. There several hikes that can be taken right from the house. It’s close to the center of the town, you can easily walk to many restaurants and shops. Great view from the front balcony. We enjoyed our vacation and would love to visit again!

Lovely large light filled property, easy access and great communication with the host. Well located.

The property was lovely - clean, spacious, welcoming. Easy communication with the host and very easy access.Nice to have Netflix included. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Water pressure was good. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Coffee and sugar provided, but no other spices or basics for cooking.

If Only It Were Possible to Give Zara's Home Meteora 10 Stars

This is an amazing VRBP house. It is beautiful, wonderfully furnished, with modern appliances. It's a real home with four bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, a full dine-in kitchen, and great room with a dining area and a large living room area. There are balconies on the front and back. And, it's just a half hour's drive from the amazing Meteora Monasteries. Given our travel plans, we were able to stay here only one night. But this is a house that a couple, or a family, should be delighted to stay in much longer.

Awesome home in Kalambaka

Property was as advertised and extremely clean and well-maintained. Beautiful view of the mountain from the front balcony. Family of six enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house well equipped

Petros made the communication very easy and we got a lot of information in advance. Once we arrived, we started feeling comfortable in the house and wanted to stay longer. The view is beautiful, the house is well equipped and the town centre is only a walk away. We enjoyed table tennis in the basement and the short distance to the monasteries. Back at home, we cooked in the kitchen or relaxed on the comfortable couches. Everything was as expected or even better.

Short Stay - October, 2019

We booked this place for three nights in mid-October to see the Meteora Monasteries and to visit the Vikos Gorge to the west. The house was very easy to find and is perfectly located to visit the monasteries, in fact the first one (St. Nicholas) is only about a five minute drive from the house. You can take a break mid-day and then go back to see more like we did. The house is very clean and modern and is very large (the pictures in the ad don't convey very well how big this place is). A group of 8 would be very comfortable here. The photos on Google Streetview are older and the house doesn't look like that anymore. It is painted a nice colour and it is easily the nicest looking building on the street now. Off street parking in the laneway was nice. The rocks that tower over the town of Kalabaka are lit up at night and the front balcony is the perfect place for eating and enjoying the view. I would recommend staying here if Meteora is part of your travel plans and we would choose this place again if we are back to this area.
