Charming duplex apartment with 4 rooms, very well exposed with beautiful views of the Aravis and Fiz chains, and the Aiguille de Warens, in a chalet on a 900 m² wooded plot.
It is located 600 m from the village center, 2 km from the cable car which leads to the slopes, village-cable car shuttles, close to the sports center (swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf). Bus station in the village; SNCF station and Thermes au Fayet at 6km.

Cleaning is optional for 90 €. It will be charged at the end of the stay if the apartment is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

Terms of cancelation:

Unlike the "fixed" cancellation of the site, the conditions are as follows:
In the event of cancellation by the tenant intervening up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. From 60 days and until arrival, the deposit will remain with the owner, unless the latter finds a new tenant for the same period and at the same price. In the event of cancellation due to an infringement by the owner, the deposit must be returned in full.
