Wonderful views. Plan on buying whatever you plan on cooking including basic seasonings. I was told sheets weren't provided but they were. That was a disconnect and for the cost linens should be included.

Just ok.

The location is perfect and the condo itself is fine. It’s very spacious and the pool is perfect.The bad is the management, we arrived to find the ac dead. Then to find out they have an estimate on ac but no eta. The solution was to move us into lesser accommodations after we unpacked 7 days worth of supplies. We refused to move after 2 days they finally fixed the ac. This was really the only bad about our 7 days. There was an odor too, but likely due to the hvac issues. We love orange beach and the admiral’s quarters complex… just not this unit’s management.

Very nice

I found the condo nice and as advertised, but it was poorly equipped with essentials like toilet paper and towels. Had to buy tp and had to wash towels. Not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. One roll of paper towels for 8 days. Other than that, I recommend the space.

Spring Break 2025

My wife and i spent a week at this unit. It was clean and the furnishings were bright and comfortable. The unit was well stocked and we liked the location to restaurants and shopping. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Admirals Quarters

Our stay was okay. Pros: We liked how spacious it was for the two of us. The shower water got hot quick and we had plenty for both of us. The views were nice. We could see the sunrise on the balcony and sunsets from the parking lot side. We could see the boats coming out of the pass and the private fishing pier lit up at night. The location was good. The elevators weren't to slow. The pool had built in seating around edges. Cons: All the beds were rock hard and had rough sheets from piling. The bedding and chairs were dirty! One of the dining room chairs had a note that said a leg was broken and a couple of the others didn't feel safe to sit in. The balcony doors were extremely hard to open. The hall bathroom exhaust fan was hanging down and had a large amount of mold all around it. It made a horrible noise when turned on. The shower head in master bath had mold on it and it would come off when you turned the water on. I had to clean it. The dryer took forever to dry clothes. The TV in living room did not show the whole picture, no matter what setting you tried. You get two parking passes, but they are not designated, so finding a spot was sometimes difficult. Overall, our stay was okay because we travel and understand there will be issues, but I would not rent a Vacasa unit again.

Unit 1207

2nd time we have stayed in the unit. While nice, a few repairs have not been fixed since our last time. Vent hanging out of the ceiling in guest bathroom, knobs still broken or not replaced in master bathroom tub. Broken sheetrock on mini bar, and evidence of bugs in master bathroom. The unit is great for families and we enjoyed it again but the repairs mentioned will add value for the price charged. Thanks!

The condo is outdated. The master shower was nasty, should be completely redone. Dyer didn’t have a lint filter, the coffee maker needs to be replaced . The the skillets were dirty and cutting knives had rust

Disappointing vacation!

We stayed for 10 days beginning of March. We were VERY disappointed to have construction going on that had workers on our balcony many days!! Not to mention that the outside pool was closed down too!! We typically spend all afternoon on our balcony. Plus eat our meals out there! This time we hardly got to do that at all because of the construction. It ruined our trip. We were in talk with Vacasa the whole time, but they didn’t seem to care. We felt we should have gotten a discount but no… they were sorry for our inconvenience. If you look back at the reservation it was suppose to be done the end of feb. and it wasn’t. And no where did it say the work and workers would be on our balcony. Needless to say, we looked for a different complex to stay in next yr!! 😡

Lovely home on the beach

This condo is beautiful and spacious and has 2 full and one partial bath. The furniture is good and the layout is good, with the 2 bedrooms separated by a good size portion of the condo. Th balcony is amazing and we spend much of our time at the large table there. In fact, I sit and read and write on the balcony. The sound of the surf is soothing and the beach here is beautiful.

Advertised Correctly

This condo is advertised exactly how is should be. Nicely decorated, maintained well and very clean. My only complaint would be; there were not enough bath towels and washcloths provided by the rental. I would suggest bringing your own unless you want to wash these daily. Overall great experience, loved the online check in and out. I would most certainty stay here again.

Construction Noise

Unit was great, but I was informed that there was no construction being done near the unit I reserved. There was construction with a very loud noise level. After a week of the loud noise, I decided to pack up my belongings and leave.

Summer vacation

The condo is extremely roomy, and the balcony furniture was super comfortable. There were some downsides. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and because the bathrooms haven’t been updated, they looked dirty and had years of stains. We used the sofa bed and there was trash under the sofa. The pool was unusable by us the entire week. The water was cloudy and you were unable to see through the water. Also the hot tub was in disrepair.

Somehow we booked with VRBO and got Vacasa?

The property itself is pretty nice. There is no office or someone on staff to ask questions to or get assistance. You have to call vacasa, which we did four times because they say they will return your call, but they do not. We lost two full days because the condo next store was rehabing their unit and the two jackhammers were so loud, we had to leave for the whole day. Vacasa just said , in so many words, "Sorry about your luck". No effort for reimbursement or anything. In the unit, there was not enough incidentals to last two people for a week. There was one garbage bag and very little other necessities. Not really enough towels. We will not book with this company again, but may come back with someone else. We are looking for a regular place to visit several weeks out of the year because our condo was destroyed in the recent hurricane. A lady from here must realize we got a bad deal as she volunteered two other companies that rent in this building. She had their cards ready to hand out That tells me that oeople get screwed by Vacasa frequently. Our friends who were going to meet us from Tennesse got a text that the;y would be able to check into their unit early, so they hit the road. When they were two hours out, they got another text to tell them that the;y could not check in early, so we all had to kill 6 hours that we were not planning on. So, all in all, many disappointments for the amount of money paid.

Admirals Quarters

The condo we stayed in was very clean and homey! We enjoyed many nights watching the dolphins from the balcony. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
