Welcome to our 1905 Historic Downtown Victorian home in the heart of Kanab. Walking distance to our most popular Restaurants & Main Street shopping. A perfect blending of Southern Utah antiques with all the modern conveniences. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 1 standalone bathroom. Enjoy our comfortable Library with a charming fireplace, spacious living room and dining area adjacent to the large farmhouse kitchen with views of Kanab’s majestic red mountains.

Gourmet Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, muffin pan, cookie sheets, pots, pans, roasting pan, hand mixer, insta pot, pie dish. Kitchen island, 2 sinks, kitchen table-seats 4.

Living Room: 2 large sofas, fireplace, Smart TV.

Dining Area: Large dining table - seats 6.

Library: Couch, 4 chairs, fireplace, Smart TV, large bookshelf, access to side porch.

Main Floor Bedroom: Queen, just off library, connected shared bathroom.

Main Floor Bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity, hair dryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, connected to Main Floor Bedroom.

Laundry Room: Full capacity Washer & Dryer, complimentary laundry detergent.

Upstairs Master Suite: King, ensuite bathroom, vanity, walk-in shower, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Upstairs Bedroom 2: Full & Twin, ensuite bathroom, vanity, walk-in shower, hair dryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Laundry room with over-sized washer and dryer and a cozy bonus area upstairs for reading. Designed to offer you comfort and relaxation after your day of travel adventures. Our home will accommodate up to 9 people and we are pet friendly. We offer a free concierge with some great recommendations:) Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kodachrome Basin, Lake Powell, the Wave, Horseshoe Bend and so much more.

This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :)
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy:)

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access of the home, patio and gardens. The orchard has apricot, pear, cherry, and apple trees that our guests are welcome to pick!

The Neighborhood:
We are centrally located in Kanab, just a few blocks off the center of town. You can walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and more.

Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah you will need a vehicle to explore our parks and other world famous attractions. A 4WD vehicle is recommended for off-road adventures.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo. This event honors the western movie industry and highlights the 'High Noon' western parade, and much, much more. My family had an amazing stay in Kanab! The house was very comfortable for our group and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking dinner. We could easily walk downtown from the house and loved roasting s'mores in the fit pits outside. Most bedrooms had a dedicated bathroom, which was convenient for a large group. Really lovely stay, couldn't recommend more!

This is a beautiful historic house with period furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and had everything we needed. Our group had a lovely stay. Easy check in and good communication with the host. We would stay there again.

One of those places you don’t want to tell anyone about but it’s to great not to.

Seriously loved loved loved the house. Honestly it is the cleanest, nicest, & cutest rental we’ve stayed in. Plus the property itself is just amazing. Highly recommend this house. Four hiking girlfriends and myself stayed here and it was a great location for all of our hikes and activities. We ate all our dinners at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed; very well stocked. All the bathrooms were stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There was an abundance of towels and washcloths. Dishwasher soap and washing machine pods were provided. The outdoor patio was beautiful and a great place to eat your evening meals. Overall, the house was a five star experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fabulously stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bedroom/bathroom spaces were very comfortable. I would love to visit another time when it is a big warmer to enjoy the outside space more.

Fabolous house!

This was my second time staying in this gorgeous, historical, and well-stocked home. In my opinion, there's no better place to stay in Kanab! We were 7 adults and we had plenty of space. Great walks to town and perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce. Lots of great local spots too.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

The seven of us enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this beautiful historic home in Kanab. The home was clean and decorated so lovely. It had everything we needed. We had plenty of space to gather inside and outside of the home. The location was great as well - we were within walking distance to several restaurants and it was a short drive to many amazing sites to see. We would definitely visit here again.

Great stay in Kanab

This house provided great accommodation for the family, all adult kids, plus two dogs. Four bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms, perfect for a group of adults. Well equipped kitchen. The house is situated on the edge of the center of Kanab so we could walk to restaurants and stores. Easy driving distance to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and several other interesting parks and trails. The communication with the host was excellent. Would love to go back and would definitely book this house again!

We enjoyed all the extra touches, like the fully-stocked kitchen, Duraflame logs for the fireplace, etc. When a smoke alarm chirped, the maintenance person came right over and fixed it. Can't wait to come in nice weather to use all the outdoor areas (cold and snowy for our stay).
