Cool place!

Everything was roomy and comfortable. The location was great. The backyard with the hot tub, fire pit, and river view was exactly what we needed and Wimberley is the coolest town in Texas! Everything was clean and equipped.

A/C needs to be turned on in the a/m to cool down in the summer months. The living room & upstairs were particularly hot & took 6-7 hours to cool down Blow decks & porch’s off. Clean the corners of rooms & behind doors. Other than that we enjoyed staying at the house- the yard was wonderful.

Great House!!

We loved our stay here. The only suggestion I have is to have the AC turned on before the guests arrive. When we showed up to the house it was 89 degrees inside and took all evening to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Other than that, the place was fantastic. We loved our weekend.

The kids had so much fun in the yard, fishing in the Blanco river and getting lost in the big house. We cook a fair bit and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils you can imagine. So much fun

Hi Stephen, we’re so glad to hear the kids had a blast! 🐟🎣 It sounds like they made the most of the yard, the river, and exploring every corner of the big house, love that! And we love that the kitchen was fully stocked for your stay! It’s always fun when cooking doesn’t feel like a chore. Thanks so much for sharing your experience; we’d love to host you all again for another adventure-filled stay!

Couples Retreat

This was our second time staying at this house for our couples Valentine's retreat, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is beautiful, the home has tons of space, and it's always stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host is incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole experience even better. We're already looking forward to staying here many more times in the future!

We loved all the places to gather, in small groups and large. The bedrooms are all distinct, comfy suites. Outside, the spacious lawn slopes down to the Blanco, a lovely place to watch the sunset!

Fantastic property!

Our family and friends loved this property for our river vacation! The house is very spacious but the best part is the yard and river frontage/access! Nice, large shaded yard and you step into the river into deeper water that the kids loved. We had a blast!

Great location out in the country!!

A bunch of happy city slickers, a few outdoorsy people and 4 kids: was a great place to stay for us, pity that we could only do a weekend because of schedules and travel. Great communication from the property managers, they did the best they could. Highly recommended for a family gathering of 10 or more...
