¡Esta casa adosada es la escapada perfecta para grupos pequeños o grandes! Juegos de mesa, películas, Netflix, natación durante todo el año, internet y actividades ilimitadas al aire libre ... ¡no te aburrirás!

¡Construido en 2015, todo está como nuevo! ¡3 habitaciones (K, Q, 2 literas dobles / dobles, sofá-cama) para 12 personas! La cocina completamente equipada tiene una isla con estufa de gas y ambos baños tienen las necesidades básicas para su estadía. La propiedad de la esquina ofrece un porche envolvente con sombra por la tarde y por la noche, una parrilla y un patio apartado.

Excelentes comodidades: piscinas / bañeras de hidromasaje (climatizadas durante todo el año, toallas de baño), casa club (ping pong, futbolín y cocina para fiestas al aire libre), estanque de pesca (abastecido de peces de noviembre a mayo), senderismo (Pioneer Park, Snow Canyon, Zions National Park), golf, paseos en bote (Sand Hollow) y más.

Lovely property, very open and comfortable. Master bedroom was great, queen room was a bit small and mattress was too soft and bouncy. The kids loved the pool and nearby pond. We enjoyed our stay!

Super nice stay

We were just there for a quick stay and it was super clean and comfortable. Lots of space, nicely appointed kitchen. Great rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we’re in the St. George/cedar city area. The microwave was broken but Natasha was very responsive.

Very nicely stocked home

We’ve stayed in many locations in St George . This one Was probably the best stocked one we’ve stayed in yet. You only need to bring your clothes and food. It was clean, had tons to do and we really enjoyed our stay. Checkin was easy. Beds were comfy. We really enjoyed this one..

Spacious and comfortable

This townhome was a great spring break location which we used for a base on our trips into Zion NP. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean upon our arrival - everywhere from the bathroom to the spotless garage. There was plenty of space for my wife and I and two teenagers. Two full bathrooms. Modern flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, nicely furnished with art and beautiful furniture. I loved the large walk-in master shower and our kids loved the free wi-fi. The home had a very big master closet - you will not be lacking in space for bags. We used the washer and dryer and the owner supplied the detergent - nice. The owner provided good lines of communication although there were no problems during the time we were there that needed an urgent contact with them. Nothing negative to say about this house as it was clean and came as advertised. Just two notes: The townhomes behind this unit look down on this home so I didn't want to open the master bedroom blinds (this was not what I considered a negative) also the drive to Zion may be longer than some who would like quicker access - but I preferred to be closer to St. George. In summary, I would look to stay here again on future visits to Zion.

Excellent property

I booked this property because of the reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. This house had anything and everything you would need, down to fishing poles to use in the pond. The pools/clubhouse were just down the street, so my kids could walk there. The house had lots of space and was very clean. I loved that we could cook, and grill, three nights that we were there. We did go to dinner one night, in st George, just to see what was around. Overall, the stay was wonderful, and I actually look forward to visiting again, since we didn’t get to see everything that we wanted during our visit

Great home at a great location! We loved the pool and the fishing pond.

Great week near Zion National Park

We enjoyed the spacious accommodations of this property. It was close to shopping for groceries and only about 25 miles from the Zion National Park Entrance. We were able to do a day trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and on a separate day a trip to Bryce Canyon. The pool access was nice for evenings after long days out and about. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

O-So glorious!

Casa del Osos was the perfect stay for my family and I! Everything was so clean and prepared and we felt right at home! We really appreciated the laminated guide with all the information around the area as well as a clear guide on what to do when leaving. We also enjoyed all the labels around the house to help explain things from the door to using the TV’s. We would definitely recommend this home and it comfortably housed nine of us.

Amazing Place to Stay

I am hesitating to write a good review because I want to keep this place hidden and crossing my fingers the prices don't go up so I can book it again! We go to St George every winter to get away from the cold up north and while the weather this time was not what we expected, this place was beyond what we expected. You don't want to book this place if you want to have lots of space, from a great sized living room area to a beautiful kitchen and all the included stuff you would want to have! You need a ziplock, yep, it's there! You need some olive oil, it was there too! We just kept finding new things that you would rarely see anywhere else. We loved it, so please don't book this place. :)

We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!

We loved our stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the fireplace while we watched a movie one cool night. The house literally had everything we needed. It was one of the only houses in the neighborhood that had a lawn and the kids had fun playing catch and wrestling around. We also enjoyed the many board games there. The pool was walkable and was a great temperature for us even when it wasn’t very warm out. My boys enjoyed the ping pong table in the clubhouse as well. It was great to have the dirt across the street to park extra vehicles and RV’s. It fit two families comfortably and the location was great. We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful & Cozy Home

It’s our first time going to Utah, we visited Bryce National Park & Zion National Park. The house is about 45 minutes away from Zion & 2 hours from Bryce. As soon as we walked in to the home we were so impressed with how clean it was and it’s fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The house is BEAUTIFUL, it has very nice open layout, plenty of space for everyone, washer & dryer complete with detergents so you can leave with clean laundry. There’s a community pool which we weren’t able to use because we were pressed for time but the homeowners were gracious enough to provide us with towels & pool toys. The owners & property managers are so nice, they responded promptly to my reservation requests & the property manager is easy to reach if you have any questions. My whole family loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Casa Del Osos made our first trip to Utah special & truly memorable! We absolutely loved our stay at the Washington Town Home!

The town home was beautifully furnished. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to get to the Tuacahn Center, Brick Oven and the Black Bear Diner in just a short driving time. The check out was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!
