This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or with the use of two rollaway beds, fit as many as 12 people for the ultimate desert vacation! The first bedroom features a King Bed with a TV, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom hosts a King bed and TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bunk room holds 2 triple-tier bunks and a TV, perfect for both kids and adults alike! With countless ways to spend your days, Whispering Sands at Paseos is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Great house and location

This house was a great location. It was approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon. Also a great place to stay if you want to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon when it recovers from the fires. The house was immaculate, and the pool across the street was a great way to rest between visits of the parks.

We booked a 10 day stay for our vacation. The location is great and the pool was great. The day after we arrived I noticed the private jacuzzi was not working properly I notified the management right away but the problem was not resolved before we left. I also notified the management that there were a lot of rat or Bat droppings by front door I asked if someone could clean it up and finally by day 8 two days before departing that was finally done. I also was disappointed that for a 10 day stay we were only supplied with 3 rolls toilet paper and 1 small roll of paper towels this was an inconvenience to have to go out to buy more

Incredible stay

Perfect spot to play with grandchildren and their parents. So responsive, loved using my cell phone number to get in and out of house. Very near other things we wanted to do. Extras by the owners, pack n play , high chair, extra pickleball paddles, ping pong table, lovely back patio. Thank you all.

Great Stay!

Check-in was easy and the house was so clean. The layout of the house and outdoor space was perfect for a little family getaway. It was nice to also enjoy the hot tub and the community pool.

Nice place, location, not totally clean

We stayed in this same home last year and really liked it, the amenities, the location (both to the pool and other local attractions). However, this time we were a bit disappointed. We arrived late one our first night and by the time we went to climb into bed, we were grossed out by the master bed sheets having lots and lots of hair on them. We stripped the sheets and planned to put the spare set on the bed, but there was only a set of twin sheets in the closet. We had to make do with a twin flat sheet and other bedding we brought from home that first night. There were two dead beds in the master bedroom and all the makeup washcloths, and some kitchen towels and washcloths smelled like mildew. We will probably stay within this subdivision in the future, but not at this house and not rent from this management company as the cleaning was subpar. For those that don't mind these issues, this home is nice. We like everything about it, but especially all the kitchen items available, the hot tub, back deck furniture, grille, and ping pong table.

Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren insgesamt für 12 Tag in dem Ferienhaus und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut. Auch der Pool ist fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir waren sehr von der Sauberkeit überrascht. Es war wirklich, was bei einem Ferienhaus leider nicht immer so ist, sehr sauber. Die Schubläden, Schränke, auch der Kühlschrank usw. waren bedenklos zu nutzen. Auch der Ofen und die Mikrowelle sind in einem super und sauberen Zustand. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass man die Garage nicht nutzen kann. Aber ansonsten war unser Aufenhalt perfekt.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail -a very clean and comfortable home. The peaceful neighborhood and beautiful surroundings made this a very pleasant stay. Very convenient to St. George as well.

Excellent stay!

We just stayed for 6 days and had a great time in the area. Quick drive to Zion. Everything we needed in the house. Mattresses were very comfortable! Love the hot tub!

Wonderful home base for our visit to several national parks. Extremely clean and comfortable. They were accomodating to our request for an early check-in. Very light and spacious feeling with the extra high ceilings and tall doors. Kitchen is well stocked from cooking needs to spices to paper towels(although some kitchen washcloths would be helpful). We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful home

This property was ideally located to explore all the great options around southern Utah/Nevada/Arizona. The home is exceptionally well appointed, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood amenities were fantastic for children and within walking distance. Overall an A+ experience.

Great location to explore Southern Utah

Lovely home. Clean ,well stocked . Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the covered patio & hot tub . Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants . Loved the daily walk for coffee at Holy Grounds in the RV park across the hwy . Good communication. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Get Away

Red Sands does a terrific job with vacation rentals. The communication is excellent and the experience is extremely clean. Unlike other vacation rentals directly from the home owner where you can feel how possessive and controlling they are over their space, Red Sands makes you feel at home and comfortable. The asks while staying and during checkout are beyond reasonable (didn't even require linens to be taken off beds, but we did anyways). The pool access at this place was the best our family has been to. High quality water slide with a lazy river was perfect for the kids (even though it was a bit too cold out). I would highly recommend booking any St. George vacation rentals through Red Sands.

Terrific Home

We really enjoyed staying at 1146 Paseos. The location was great! There are plenty of food options nearby, but the community is far enough removed from downtown St George, that we didn't feel the chaos of the extremely crowded President's weekend. Plus, this house is ideally situated rather close to the community pool and pickleball courts. But the windows and doors were sound proof enough that we didn't hear the loud crowds over there unless we opened the doors/windows. We spent plenty of time enjoying the back deck and hot tub. That was so nice on chilly nights! We had a great time playing ping pong in the garage. The rooms were all well appointed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed/could want. We also used the grille one evening and it worked great. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We plan to stay here for future visits.

Great property and location

It was just as expected with extras of spices, flour, etc. Only four wine glasses and not enough dish towels, but lots of pool towels, bathroom amenities, pots, pans, and utensils. Wonderful stay.
