Great location near Scottsdale Stadium and old town. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room fur the four of us. There’s a nice patio for relaxing too. I would stay here again!
Clean, great location, spacious with great kitchen
Good for big groups if needed
Cute patio
Was there for a conference and able to walk to the Hilton without issue.
Close to running path as well
Our stay in Scottsdale was wonderful, due in great part to staying in this beautiful home. It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and had new furnishings and every amenity we could want. Chad was an amazing host, very responsive. Our granddaughter lives nearby, so we will be back!
The photos accurately display this perfect property for a vacation stay in Scottsdale! The host, Chad, responds within minutes when we contacted him for any reason.
This property is super clean, upscale and Chad is very responsive. The location is ideal, just 8 minutes from great food, fitness and shopping. Thanks so much! Merry Christmas!
A great well appointed property. It is nicely decorated and more importantly, the furniture is comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen is available. Great location and neighborhood.
We were there during a difficult family time. It was a very peaceful neighborhood and the location was very convenient. The accommodations were excellent! Plenty of room and we were able to decompress by cooking on the grill and enjoying the private patio! Everything with the accommodations was 100% steess free!
Loved our stay - the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the second bedroom queen bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Hopefully they can replace that. Other than that the home was perfect- they even had toys that our infant granddaughter loved! The location is perfect- we walked to restaurants and the baseball stadium.

Great location, but needs some upgrades
First off I need to say my expectations are high when reviews say things are 10 out of 10. Communication was great with host up until all payments were made after that not so much. I don’t wear shoes in my or peoples houses so when I entered I took off my shoes. Within 2 hours my socks were extremely dirty so I had to get on my hands and knees and wash all the hardwood and tile floors. They were really dirty. Some of the cookware and silverware were dirty and the bbq also needed us to clean it before using. The house has newer counter tops but the cupboards are 1960 ish and have had their day. One other thing, the tv only has Samsung plus tv so you have to stream your own cable or specialty channels. The problem with that was if you are from another country (which I am) you cannot stream in the US. So we could not watch any NFl, nhl or live golf or college games at the house. on the positive the location is very good. And prior to full payment the host was pretty good at handling all my questions. All this said I give the place a total score of 7 out of 10.
And we’ll be back!
Monte Vivienda was great and had everything we needed! Location was close to the action in Old Town Scottsdale. We enjoyed the bright Arizona sunshine from the private patio and I have to say the unit was stocked with the fluffiest bath towels ever! Chad was extremely helpful and is a top notch VRBO host!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Chad was super-helpful and the townhouse was well-stocked. The interior was very clean and well-updated with lots of amenities. It is close to everything (mall, zoo, restaurants, running, hiking) and in a nice neighborhood. The foosball table is a real bonus if you have kids, too!
Convenient walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale ! Comfortable townhouse , attractively decorated and all modern conveniences, private outside patio! Was perfect for our first trip to Scottsdale with friends !
